Nick and the team are great, easy to get along with, and offer the care beneficial to recovery. The exercises and recovery measures provided are easy to understand and they explain it well. I would return here if I ever had too. Great vibe that doesn’t make you feel like you’re in recovery.

Nearly four months ago I started my journey with WSPT Chatsworth. I honestly went in with no expectations. I was in so-so/meh shape from a severe ankle break and a stint with another PT office that was mediocre at best. I INSTANTLY KNEW that Nick was going to be a huge part of my recovery. He has a wealth of knowledge, he takes his work serious, and he (comfortably but confidently) inspires his patients to get better! As time went on, he felt like a long-time friend. He knows when to joke and he knows when to be serious and put you to work! I worked hard because I knew he cared about my recovery and I did not want to disappoint him. Also, the way he cares for other patients, he treats everyone with the utmost care, respect, and dignity, with a plan tailored to each patient's needs and goals. I can go on and on about Nick, he is a great PT, an awesome person, and very passionate about his work. But what is a good PT without equally good support staff? Alex is awesome! He is attentive, patient, and also knows how and when to push his patients to the next level. Like Nick, he is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful with questions and concerns. He always took the time, especially in the beginning, to monitor my therapy and give pointers. He would also call out my progress as time goes on and that felt good! Last but not least, Bianca! She is very warm, efficient, helpful, and accommodating. Any of my requests with scheduling were taken care of quickly and easily as I was changing my schedule often towards the end of my run with them. Don't get me started with the Skittles and Laffy Taffy! 24 visits later, I feel great. I do understand that I will have good days and bad days and but I will not let go of the motivation that they instilled in me. I am VERY critical of any of my medical providers because I work in the industry as well, so, with that said, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WSPT Chatsworth based on my experience with them. Once you get with Nick/Alex/Bianca, you won't want to leave! I live close by and on future bike rides, I will stop by to show off my progress, which is big thanks to them and their care! I have a great feeling and outlook about WSPT. Nick was stellar and I look forward to working with him! Bianca and Alex were friendly and efficient. Nick has an amazing reputation based on the reviews here as well as my observation with his patients. I had a great run at my last PT office although I have an amazing perception of how much better I will recover in Nick's hands!

I appreciate everything Nick and Sio has done for me. Nick is an amazing Physical Therapist! I was in so much pain when I first went to this office. They helped me so much by educating and teaching me all the exercises I can do at home as well. I am thankful for all the staff at this office for always listening and helping their patients. I would highly recommend this office for physical therapy needs.

I had the privilege to attend 14 appointments at the Chatsworth location. Apart from the exceptional care I received, I want to highlight the individuals that made the experience worthwhile. Nick(Nerses) undoubtably is the best physical therapist I’ve ever had. His profound knowledge of the human-body, caring approach, and engaging manner are only some attributes that contribute to why in my opinion he’s an excellent PT. What truly sets Nick apart from past PTs I’ve had is his determination to push you toward recovery; he’s tough because he genuinely wants to see you get better. Additionally, Alex deserves recognition for his expertise and engaging style, making him an invaluable member of the team. Bianca, the receptionist, is both kind and thorough, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. The entire staff at this location shares a common goal: to see their patients improve and recover. My experience with Nick and the team was not only productive but also enjoyable. If I ever need physical therapy again, I would definitely return to the WestStar Chatsworth location, hoping that Nick is still there. LOL! Thanks to the entire team for their genuine dedication to patient well-being.

4 months ago I came here not knowing if I would be able to fully recover from a serious knee injury, but the team here at Chatsworth WestStar did an amazing job to get me back on top. They dedicated time and work to help me throughout my recovery and I would not have been able to get better with out their help. So to Nick and his team, I really appreciate the time and dedication. Thank you very much.

This place smells horrible My appointment was at 9:30 They called and sent text messages to be here at 8:25 . I had a 25 minutes drive too. I got there on time and they made me wait until 9:40 , telling me that they dont know about the text messages and I should contact the corporate. Will never come back

Great service, very thorough and consistent with their communication. Takes their time in helping me to understand each exercise. Definitely would recommend coming to this facility
