Patient experiences
I was compelled to write a review after seeing WSR had a low score online. Unfortunately they stopped taking our insurance, but I was so happy with my long time experience with them. The one review about being removed from the schedule... I'm sure has a lot more back story. The staff here is professional, timely, EXTREMELY knowledgable and very accomodating. I was always GTG after a few sessions of PT with this crew!
I have found this group to be extremely professional. Both of my teenaged sons have used them for knees, ankles and hips. I have used them for a gait disturbance and hand therapy. Occasionally a therapist gets wrapped up in a conversation away from the patient, which is why they lost a star. But in general I prefer this place to any in the City. It's well equipped and well run.
The most unsympathetic rehabilitation center I’ve encounter within 5 years of needing therapy. I am legally disabled and they took it upon themselves to remove me from the schedule because I missed my appointment due to my uncontrollable health condition. Just sad and unprofessional. Don’t go here.
