I was POA of a friend of mine who was a patient at Westfield for 10 months. Absolutely the most amazing facility I have ever encountered. Caring and professional and always willing to accommodate my needs and my friend’s needs and medical care. My questions were always answered and at the end so caring to me and her caregivers. Will never forget their kindness

This is a very large and clean building. The people here are friendly and professional. You are treated with courtesy, love and kindness. Staff take care your needs and it does not seen like you are bothering them.

I would like to thank Westfield Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Sanford NC for the care I received. From the moment you walk through the doors you are treated like family. The facility is immaculate, looks like an expensive hotel.Administation, Skilled Nursing, wound care, CNAs,and Physical Therapists are very dedicated. God Bless all of you ❤️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My father stayed at Westfield for almost 30 days recently. I cannot say enough about the excellent care he received at their facility. ALL the staff (nurses, administration, housekeeping , speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists and cafeteria/food staff). The facility was clean and very welcoming. They always kept us well informed and up to date regarding his care. Thank you to Westfield for taking such good care of my father. I highly recommend. SUSAN RIDDLE TICKLE

Westfield was so clean and professional. They were all caring and very helpful. Several went above and beyond their duties and were especially kind. Nancy was a top notch nurse and always addressed our questions and concerns with knowledge and kindness. Dena was fantastic, way above average in all her care. Mercedes, Cheryl, Dianne, Rose, Herb, were all outstanding in every way. Everyone we came in contact with, was wonderful. Thank you so much for all you do.

I was at Westfield for a month for rehab. The staff was wonderful. All were so kind, helpful and caring. I would highly recommend Westfield for rehab. This is an excellent facility with well trained staff. The physical therapist was so good. She taught me what I needed to know to be able to do things properly for when I got home.

At first I didn't think we were going to like Westfield. They can work on intake processes for new patients and we had a first day run in with a staffer. My mom looked at me and said I don't think I will like it here and I had to agree. My first taste of the place was not pleasant. I try and realize everyone has a bad day. So moving past that it's been 5 stars since except the food. I can say the meals don't look appealing and very rarely does mom comment on a good meal. Again I try to be open minded I was a Dietary Manager in assisted living so I get it. Over all it's a great place and they have really helped mom rehab. I can say they are aggressive (in a positive manner) to get your loved ones back to self care. It's been a little over two weeks and mom has made leaps and bounds. She looks better than before she got sick. She is up and working towards walking and I can say when she arrived I didn't know if she would ever again. The physical therapist are great. Tiffany, her sister (cant recall her name) Jackie are great. TJ is kind and I feel he likes what he does for a living. Noreen the activity director is my soul sister (she likes to treat the resident like like family) she generally cares about the residents. It's a clean facility. I have never walked in and felt my mom wasn't truly being cared for. She is clean and always fresh cloths. I am grateful this place is here because some of the other local locations didn't excite me to have to take mom too. Nice big therapy gym with an array of tools to help patients get back to self care. I will update the review once mom is out. If I was in healthcare again this seems to be a place I would like to work. I wouldn't work at a facility that isn't top notch with how they treat patients. The field is hard and some places shouldn't have license to care for puppies much less your loved ones. Be realistic in your expectations of your loved ones care. You cant expect a nurse or CNA to immediately pop in after hitting the call button they maybe in with another patient but these staffers will be there. I had to remind my mom to be patient it will be a few moments. I am not disappointed at all.

My wife spent 25 days here for post hospital stay rehab. I found the people and the facility to be exceptional. Everyone I met was friendly, helpful and good at their jobs. All seemed happy to work there and many were proud to do so. My wife received excellent care that exceded my expectations with followup treatment beyond physical therapy. About 20 years ago my wife spent 3 months in a place that offered similar services but was terrible. Westfield is the day in a night and day comparison. At even a basic level the staff morale and facility cleanliness told me I could trust Westfield to take care of my wife and they did. The rest just made it an even better experience.
