I made a last minute appointment and was able to complete intake paperwork online before arriving. The check in process was quick and the wait was not long. I was shown to a room and well taken care of. The staff asked questions and listened carefully to my answers. I was tested for multiple possible illnesses to determine the best treatment. I was given good care and was one my way within and hour and a half from the time I arrived.

Nobody expects a great experience in healthcare these days when you or your loved one feels poorly. Checking in, answering questions, waiting rooms, potentially more illness exposure, testing, more questions, discussion and more. BUT, I will say, each time I’ve been forced to finally be checked out recently I’ve chosen WesTex Urgent Care and I could not have been more pleased. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the providers are very knowledgeable. I wasn’t rushed in and rushed out with a directive I did not agree with. My providers and I discussed the situation, best testing options without being frivolous, and best treatment for me. The care was very personal and tailored. There is no question, if I or my family needs urgent care, we will chose WesTex Urgent Care every time. Thank you for the peace of mind!

Had a great experience. The wait was a little long for an urgent care in my opinion. The longest I’ve ever had to wait for urgent care, ever. I was also self-pay and a walk in, so I think it was to be expected. From the time I checked in until the time I left, it was a 2 hour and 15 minute total visit. Which sucks when you’re not feeling great. However, they were very accommodating to my needs and helped me while I was waiting. The staff was very friendly from the front desk, to the nurse, and to the doctor. They all helped me when I asked for what I needed while I waited. The doctor I saw, Alma Martinez was awesome. She was very attentive and a great listener to the concerns and problems I had. She also provided any information to help me. All in all, aside from the wait time, it was a good experience. 😊😊

All of the staff was very polite. Our X-ray technician was so fun and sweet with my son. The doctor is one in a million. It’s very far and few between to have such considerate practitioners. Made everything very easy

Super friendly staff all around! Front desk lady was helpful in filling out the forms, the intake nurse was super nice, and the PA was great. She listened to everything i had to say and seemed like she genuinely cared for my child. I would highly recommend this place!

Woke up in the morning with a sore throat booked an appointment was seen within 30 minutes. The nurses were very professional. The doctor was very informative and very friendly. She went the extra mile to make sure that we covered all our bases and everything was fine. I will definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.

The doctor and staff went above my expectations. Check in was quick and efficient. All of the nurses were super friendly and upbeat. They listened to all of my concerns and problems and relayed all of my issues to the doctor without me even having to reiterate. The doctor Alma was the cherry on the top! She was very knowledgeable. She was able to articulate exactly what needed to be done in a way that I could understand. ( layman terms) She went above any doctor that I have ever had. She communicated with my doctor what she treated me for and was able to get me in sooner to my doctor. She took extra precautions, she was also very gentle. I would highly recommend this place in any emergency!
