I recently finished PT to treat my shoulder/arm after a fall. My exercises were explained to me, and modified as I progressed. I was allowed to be pretty independent doing my exercise regimen, but at times I was kindly approached with adaptations that made the exercise I was doing more useful/amenable to my injury , so I knew they were watching what I was doing but not hovering over me at the same time. The staff that I worked with most often were Debra, Serena and Doug. They were always kind and informative. They spoke to me like a friend, but also maintained professionalism. Debra is especially kind and an asset to their practice.

All the physical therapists at at WNY Occupational and Physical Therapy are dedicated to healing your injuries. They will take the time to meet with you individually to assess everything that may be causing you pain. They will then put together a detailed plan of exercises, stretches and other therapies to make you feel better. They will also work with you to make sure you are performing everything correctly. Everyone there is extremely nice and will get to know you personally, you are not just a patient to them!

My fiancé goes here. He continuously gets left to do stretches and machines by himself, and usually comes home in more pain as a result. He’s been trying to make an appointment for the past two weeks, but no one answers the phone. Overall very unprofessional. Seems like they just want money, not to actually help people.
