Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, even in the offices. I have had PT with, Jim, Danielle, Debra and Sue. They each are fantastic. They clearly explain what they are having you do and are very patient and supportive, always encouraging. I first came here for back pain (bad lower back vertebrae) about 16 years ago. I returned once after slipping, twisting and making my back worse. I had to return again a few years later to treat a fractured wrist. However, after my initial series for my back I signed up to do the Wellness Program with Jim setting up my workout. I have continued with the Wellness Program ever since. The only times I haven't done it was one summer 7 or 8 years ago because I got so busy and most of 2020, due to the threat of Covid. I am in my late 70s and will keep going until I can't do it anymore. I strongly recommend West Side PT to anyone in need.

The nicest office staff i have ever met.... so much more hands on and personable than other physical therapy locations i have been to in the past!!! Rachel is my girl!!!!! She has strengthened my foot and ankle so much since having surgery. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful practice.

I just started going here for physical therapy and already I feel more confident in receiving the right care for my issues. My physical therapist is very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what she was doing as well as her determination. I would definitely recommend this place.

They are very structured. The receptionists are all polite and accommodating. It's obvious that they all know what they are doing. A noticeable downside is one particular physical therapist. I arrived on time for an 8:00AM appointment. Yet she, never having worked with me, called me in nearly fifteen minutes late, at 8:13AM unapologetically. She did not give me a salutation, and she did not tell me her name. She instead said my name, asked if that's how you say it, said she thought that was right, then led me to the physical therapy area and said, you can sit here. I told her she did not say hello, nor introduce herself and tell me her name. I asked what her name was, she told me. Thankfully, I was told by a staff member that they will not put me on that physical therapist's schedule. A couple of sessions later, a client was telling that same physical therapist, very complimentary statements and told her thank you. The physical therapist said, "that's because you're a good patient, good patients are hard to find, sometimes". For myself personally, that staff person gives off, condescending, insecure, negative, over compensating vibes.

Great water aquatic program for people with arthritis or any joint pain. The heated salt water pool is the answer. I would highly recommend.
