I would like to thank all of the amazing staffs that took care of my son during his stay. They treated my son as one of their own. The owner of the Facility, the director of nursing, nurses, CNA, chefs, therapists who worked continuously to make my son get the best care he needed to regain his functionality. Everyone went above and beyond. He has progressed so quickly during his 2 months stay. The good thing about this facility is they only have 9 beds, very clean and smells very refreshing. They can focused on their patients more then where my son first went in San Leandro. Since we lived in Seattle we were able to communicate with him everyday through FaceTime at the same time we get daily updates of his improvements. The staffs are very friendly. You are greeted with a warm welcome along with a great smile. I would like to personally thank one of their employee Josef Respicio for the nurturing , pep talk to get my son ready to come home and most importantly for always cutting my son's hair. He was the best. We plan to come by and see everyone once my son is fully recovered. Thank you!

reading the other one start review below we’ll they should be grateful they never got their family into this place. My aunt smelled like feces every time I went to visit her. She had huge welts and bed sores from never being turned over properly. She suffered with kidney stones for almost a month before they even looked at what causing her pain kept saying it was just random body tremors. not to mention one of the staff members allowed a guest of the patient next door to sneak into my aunts room and bite her on the calf. That was it for us we removed her. But then they attempted to bill our insurance company every month for half the year after she was discharged. Do not recommend

After the croma virus hit all the hospitals where full and most skilled nursing facilities where either to full or not equipped with ventilators and also they where probably scared for a new patient to. Coke in after being at the hospital for a few months.. I remember the day I was told that my son will be transferred to West Sacramento nursing & rehabilitation Center wow I through the biggest fit, I didn't want my son so far away from me and to drive 21/2 each way was a lot. I called everywhere I could think of to stop them from. Sending my son so far away. But no one listen to my pleas ( I know they thought I was a crazy women and at that point I was) I didn't know anything about this place and the hospital, well I already had them pretty mad at me so they really didn't tell me much just that it was final and when my son would be there. ( nice people at the hospital. Right?) be t finally my son made the move and the first week I was so impressed with the facility now I'm crying I don't want him to leave because out of the nine years that my son has had to stay at a facility this place has showed my son and us so much respect and they work with him and they treat him like a human they listened to my recommendation on how to communicate with him and they take him into the living room to watch t.v with the other patients that live there they got him to try and talk again he's trying to move again he has progtessed so much with this facility more than anywhere else the home is always so nice and clean. The staff are always close by so if you need anything they are right there. And most of all that I like is there is never a dumb question to them any questions they will do there best and the person who runs this please is so nice and he totally cares about his patients each and everyone of them and it's never a bad time to ask him questions no matter how early or how late he's on top of it. I have never been to a place like this one and to me this place has rated # 1 to me and they will for ever me in my heart. They showed me that sometime the unknown is not always a bad thing it actually can be a blessing in disguise 🌷🌹🌷💕💕🌷🌹🌷🌹

we have been trying to get in to see the facility. We have a daughter that needs to be in a facility for a long term. We have at least 6 calls in to the administrator with no response to any of them. 1 call into the director of nursing and no response from her/him either.
