Front desk gal Heather was not friendly nor communicative at all and noticed it was directed at me, as I witnessed her acknowledgement to patients checking in after me, on multiple occasions. She did not communicate well on the phone or in person. “Dr Dan” as he goes by, was friendly but not attentive and asked a few odd personal (non medical) discriminatory questions which I didn’t think was appropriate. I really was excited to start my therapy but unfortunately did not feel welcome nor comfortable there.

Came here for about 3 months of treatment after a referral from a spinal surgeon. They put me on a great program that had me feeling better right away, and helped me make consistent progress toward getting back to normal. Great staff -- everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Started feeling ill during my exercises here today. Due to being at the dentist earlier in the day and working long hours prior to my appointment for pt. The team provided me with so much comfort and support and when I fell ill they got me in a room, and I got checked on by Rod the physical therapist there, he brought in a ice pack for my face (where it hurt bad after being at the dentist) and checked in with me. the aides gave me water and directed me where to go. Good experience here and seeing improvement with my core.

I can feel my feet!!! I haven’t been able to feel my feet in 7 years.. 1st appointment today with Derrick and he spent a lot of time with me.. I usually only write reviews if something goes wrong but I am very happy with my visit today and looking forward to my next .. Scott Love.

WRPT...Can't say enough good things about all the staff...helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They helped me through a very difficult time and also became like an extended family. They're that kind of people!! Though I ended up with other issues behond they're control, they will always be a first and best choice if or when again. Just so happens, now I go to another facility tied to WRPT staff over on Wellsian way for aquatic therapy. Another top choice care. So, to all who read, including staff, I Thank You and hope, you, that need therapy, check em out...you'll be happy with your results, care and kindness. Rod at west and Clark in richland..you both deserve extra kudos for your abilities, knowledge and genuine concern for our wellbeing as patients. Those of us who've had the privilege to be in your care will be forever grateful. Truly good men with great staff. Thanks again!! And by the way...I'm the bearded man on this website working through a knee replacement with Rod. Another privilege Rod allowed me to be a part of. I am a true patient with quite the story!!! Ty..

After 15 yrs of chronic pain and many docs/ other PT.. I leave here feeling better than I did before I got there.. Also, my quality of life is surmounting daily :) I luv u guys. Thank you soo much!!!
