My visit was quick and easy. The staff was really friendly and professional, from the two girls at the front desk, to Nicole who took all my readings in the back. Would definitely come again, and I recommend this place to anybody that needs to get checked up.

Love the service here, anytime my daughter or I get sick we always go here, the staff here is amazing, today I came in and Nicole did a great. I give it a 1000/10, and the wait for check in is quick.

The Urgent Care was very clean , the front desk staff sign in was quick and efficient. My medical assistant was Nicole and I received outstanding medical care . My whole encounter was less than a hour . They listened attentively to my concerns about my children’s health . The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit .

I am extremely impressed with the performance of my medical assistant, Holly. Her attention to detail, efficiency, and compassionate approach to patient care have greatly enhanced her team's ability to deliver exceptional service. Her dedication and professionalism are truly commendable, and she is an invaluable asset to her team.

This urgent care is so quick and nice. I always get nervous coming to urgent care but one of the nurses who assisted me , Nicole was soooo nice !!!

I have not stepped foot into this office yet, however- I called this center to speak to someone in hopes that I could get some clarification on a bill that I received that was unjust and incorrect. The woman on the phone that answered was extremely professional and so empathetic. Her name was Nichole and she apologized for the way that the Fontana office handled the situation, and was so sweet. She relieved my stress and helped me feel better. She was able to help me get transferred to Heidi so I can square away this bill. I appreciate the help of this woman, and I hope that she gets the best recognition that she deserves. THANK YOU NICHOLE! 💗💗💗

The doctor shadde and Yahaira the medical assistant were very nice to my daughter and my family and we got in really quick and fast so thank you :) ❤
