I have seen chiropractors throughout the Chicago land area for over 4 years, Dr Jesse Throw has ended my search for the best in the business! I never knew it would feel that good as for I was only seeing good chiropractors in the past now that I've visited a great one I feel absolutely awesome from the skill set, adjustments Dr Jesse provides. Great first experience with Dr. Neena! She made me feel comfortable immediately, and asked lots of questions before and during my exam to develop a plan for my treatment. She explained everything in detail to help me understand what she was doing at every step. She seems to really love what she does, and it absolutely comes through. The front desk was super helpful with my insurance questions as well. I definitely feel that I'm in capable hands for my chiropractic needs at West Loop Spine & Stability!

The chiropractor I saw was great, however the front desk person I interacted with initially was rude. Not cold, not uninviting, but actually rude. I had strained my back the night before being seen and could not sleep so I created an appointment online. I skipped adding my insurance card because it was in my car and, well, my back was hurting so I didn't want to walk down to get it. The front desk person made it a point to give me a very stern talking to in a very annoyed manner. I provided my insurance card as one would do at any first appointment then received treatment. Although the chiro was decent I will not be coming back here. This happened earlier this year and it still doesn't sit right with me.

I had such a positive experience with Dr Evan Soutter! The adjustment was amazing and so thorough, and he was so kind throughout. He was so willing to explain the process, and his warm demeanor totally put me at ease. Will be back (heh) for sure!

Dr. Neena was FANTASTIC. WLSS was able to get me in last minute when I was experiencing terrible neck pain. Dr. Neena made me feel very comfortable and informed. I walked out with relief. If you’re in the area, please go visit her! The customer service at WLSS is great as well.

I have had neck, spine, and joint pain for years and Erin has taken great care of me. I feel 100% better and move around without pain. The staff is also amazing. The hours are great, especially for those of us who have to work during the day.

Eric is great! Very practical approach to treatment. I was experiencing some stiffness that I wasn't able to resolve with my usual stretches. He gave me a few more exercises to do which helped a great deal. Over the next few weeks we decided on a path forward, taking into account how I was feeling but also realistically, how often I was remembering to do those exercises. Feeling a lot better, and really appreciate that Eric doesn't push me to schedule but encourages me to book an appointment when I feel I need it.
