This gym is amazing!! In my first few weeks I have learned more about my form on lifts and my nutrition overall than I ever have! Crossfit is already a community-based sport, but everybody at this gym is immediately welcoming and makes an atmosphere that creates confidence no matter what level you are at when you join! I am looking forward to many years throwing weights around with this crew!

Crossfit is by far the most rewarding road to fitness I have ever experienced. I’ve tried so many things to try to reach my goals and Crossfit has made it both easy to understand and attainable. The trainers don’t just work with you on your workouts, but also offer helpful advice for nutrition and quality sleep. From my first class I have felt welcomed, encouraged and driven to do my very best. Aside from the comradery and positive environment from my peers, the coaches have an eye for detail and provide mutual respect. I have never felt embarrassed or degraded by their corrections towards my form or how I can do a certain movement better/safer. They approach each class professionally while also being real people who are humble and understanding of the hard work we have to put in for each class. Through Crossfit, I know that not only will I be able to reach my goals, I will be able to surpass them! Come join us!

Having attended classes for about 2 weeks now, I can confidently say that the coaches at WLRCF are extremely knowledgeable. It is clear that they value the importance of not only your physical health but also your mental wellbeing. Safety is their priority, the coaches always make sure you’re doing the moves correctly to prevent injuries. It’s a great, encouraging environment and I look forward to going to my workouts.

I’ve been a part of WLRCF for about 9 months now. It’s been a great place for me and I really appreciate the atmosphere that Jeff, Chris and all the coaches provide for people like me that are new to CrossFit. I feel like they provide the training and attention to keep you safe, but the classes also push me to achieve more than I would on my own. I go as often as I can and I usually wish I could go more, because I know what I’m doing is good for me now and for my future health and overall longevity.

I joined WLRCF a little over a year ago and it has been such a great experience. I was honestly a little intimidated starting out but after foundations and experiencing how every coach provides feedback to help ensure you’re doing movements safely, I’ve come to thoroughly enjoy the workouts. Especially since being pregnant (the past 8 months), I've appreciated the gym and all the coaches even more. Having CrossFit to go to even 2-3 times a week has helped me keep moving, which was a goal of mine throughout pregnancy, and the coaches have been so helpful in helping me choose an appropriate option for scaling exercises since there's been a lot of movements I've had to adjust. The amazing and fun members at the gym are an added bonus!
