I LOVE, LOVE, absolutely LOVE the staff here at West Georgia Medicine! From Natalyn going above and beyond to work w my schedule (she is a doll). Cheyenne ALWAYS making sure that I get what I need when it comes prepping for my STEM Cell & PRP treatments (she is the greatest). Jorge is the absolute BEST PT I have ever worked with (and I've worked w many) because he actually listens and works w what is best for you. Shaun has been a true LIFESAVER when it comes to my injections. I have herniated and bulging discs in my back and I can say that when you have a Provider that will truly listen to you and value what you say about your pain (Thank you Shaun; you're truly PHENOMENAL). Last but not least I have to mention Shan, who did my last set of injections (Shaun was OOO) she has an amazing personality and made me feel comfortable and at ease (which isn't the easiest thing to do). I write this review after being a consistent customer for well over a year and often times we are quick to write the negative interactions but never showcase the good things. Let this be the proof that there is still good people out there that still cares about people because it has been shown from these staff members time and time again ❤️

My experience here has been amazing! The office staff is friendly, helpful and professionally. I feel at home the second I walk through the door. Cheyenne and Heather are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. These ladies are kind and handle everyone as an individual. Cheyenne was so patient during the process, explained everything throughly and answered all of my questions. I have enjoyed my experience here and am pleased with my results so far. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future. I highly recommend West Georgia Regenerative Medicine!

Cancelled my appointment and scheduled someone else into the slot after I left a voicemail asking if there were any more appointment times for that same day (the only day I could come) and asking that they call me to try to work it out. They called to say they cancelled. This all came from a mixup where they sent two appointment reminder messages from two different numbers the day before my appointment. I will be switching to another business for my PT needs and advised Tricare to remove them from the recommended list.

THE PEOPLE HERE ARE GREAT AT THEIR PROFESSIONS!! DR. MARISSA SELLERS HAS THE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE OF THE ANATOMY TO HELP WITH MY SPINAL PAIN! THERE IS JORE THAT I WOULD REALLY STEAL IF I HAD THE FINANCIAL ABILITY TO PAY HIM MORE FOR THE DEEP MANIPULATION OF MY MUSSELS AND BONES! CHEYENNE AND THE BUSINESS STAFF KEEP ME POSTED AND CARE ABOUT MAKING SURE THAT MY APPOINTMENTS FIT IN WITH ALL THE OTHER MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS THAT I HAVE BEING A 100 PERCENT DISABLED VIETNAM VETERAN!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS REHABILITATION FACILITIE TO ONE AND ALL! I PERSONALLY BELIEVE THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO GET A MUCH LARGER BUILDING WHEN PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF WHAT THEY REALLY DO FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME THAT SUFFER WITH CONTINING AND CRIPPLING PAIN!!!

The office staff is friendly, helpful and professionally. They addressed my concerns and I plan on a 2nd visit soon. They offer so much more than just regenerative medicine. They offer physically therapy, joint degeneration and so much more. Shout out to Maegan Bell and Cheyenne White...You are the Best!

I have drilled wells all my life, constantly climbing up and down on rigs. About 10 years ago my knee started locking up and it just got worse. I stopped running rigs, limited walking, avoided stairs, missed out on many things cause I did not want the pain. Orthopedic surgeon said I was bone on bone and needed knee replacement. I just could not run my business and be out for that long. I heard about this treatment and to say LIFE CHANGING is an understatement. I’m three months into this now and all pain is gone. Have been undergoing regenerative medicine treatments over the last few months. The staff and facility are top notch. All treatments are clearly explained and planned out. Patients are actually expected to get better and have long lasting relief of their pain/discomfort. I recently had a Warton Jelly (umbilical stem cell), Exosomes (amniotic fluid) and Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) injection done on my right knee of which I have had 2 surgeries done in the past and have chronic pain, inflammation and degenerative conditions. Within only a week the joint was already feeling much better and now 1 month later I’m continuing to improve and have less pain and more function as well as be able to do more exercises and ride the bike longer in my physical therapy sessions. With every passing week I’m continuing to get my life back little by little with the goal of eventually being able to run again. If you’re reading this and on the fence about stem cell therapy using wartons jelly, exosomes and PRF don’t be. Your odds of getting better over time far exceed than not. Don’t make the mistake I did and have multiple Cortisone steroid shots to treat your knee problems, those definitely do not work for very long and accelerate the degeneration of joints. Get better on a more permanent and lasting basis with regenerative medicine!
