These people are nothing to adults. Physicians will never work with you to understand they will just kill your background and let you stay here till you rot to die in these disgusting homes. Urine and mold in the house, we are just dying to let them make a case against what we couldn’t provide for ones that want a cleaner side in housing options for individuals with mental but allowed to work and live in there own comfort and control. Where is that at ?

I called to the appointment line, and usually always some nice people help me, but today I called early to make a appointment and I have a very bad experience, a woman of name "Patricia", she was unhelpful, she said the law change and now kids should has a physical exam every 2 years instead of every year, usually the personal look when my dougther doctor has appointments available, but she didn't help me with that plus she was so rude. People like didn't should work there if they don't want to help.

Do not come here!! I used to come here back in 2017 and it USE to be great experiences. Now it has changed. The care is not like it use to be. I have a toddler and she had an appointment….they cancelled me when I got there because they were backed up…I got there a bit late…I am always punctual…I have gotten there 10 minutes early or so and still had to wait over an hour…I get here a bit late my daughter couldn’t be seen…no longer coming here…no organization….too many people…always packed…better off going to Sutter or Kaiser.

The doctors I have encountered are very nice except one woman doctor. I remember I was in my late 20s and she pushed for me to have birth control. Like it can last 10 years, that was really annoying. I had one child at that time. If you go to the lab early you may have a long wait time. Plus the black lady at the lab is rude. She won't even greet you. Or if I said thank you she gives such a monotone response. I had a phone appointment scheduled at 10am. I called the office like 3 times to say I never got a call and she said they go through a list and they eventually get to you. I didn't recieve a call until about 430pm. I don't understand whats the point of making an appointment. Plus the lady lied and said she called me earlier and I didn't answer.and asked if I can reschedule it. I told her if you said you couldn't get a hold of me the first time then I don't want to risk you not being able to get a hold of me again. I like the app they have. You can get in touch by email with your doctor and see test results. I also had to wait almost an hour at healthy start to get a paper then have to wait at the lab for another hour and a half. They could definitely do better in that way. I gave 4 stars because there are some caring and nice doctors. I believe they're some sour apples that work in the office and that one doctor I encountered. And the wait time can be longer than usual. Nice parking area too.

An absolute disaster. The lobby staff told us the doctor wasn’t in the day of the appointment. A patient in the lobby intervened and told us he had just seen the doctor so he was in fact, there. My dad sat in a wheelchair with a broken hip for over an hour. No amount of begging and pleading by me or the other patients in the waiting room made a difference. No one could see him until he passed out from the pain - looking like he had a heart attack. Then it was all hands on deck. These folks do not care, nor do they exercise critical thinking. These are county workers with job security so it doesn’t matter if you leave satisfied or on a stretcher. They had to take my dad to the hospital where he was admitted. Literally a crisis that could have been avoided. Medical racism, apathy and incompetence all in one big pretty building. Avoid!!! You’d be better off going to a veterinarian.

Wow...not even a patient here & so thankful. I was waiting for my bf in the imaging dept (July 12th @12:00pm today)....everything was great a lot of nice helpful staff until this lady walked up to a Hispanic woman in a wheelchair and asked if she needed Lab work & clearly that this lady doesn't understand or speaks very lil English....so, you can say " I ain't got time for this???" Then have your lame partner n crime laugh at that? FIND A NEW JOB LADY! Let me take over...I'll run circles on you. Fire this lady...find someone with kindness/better service . I shoukd of spoken up & called you out for your rudeness.
