I received exceptional care and guidance from Kristin and Jose for my lower back pain. They evaluated, diagnosed and implemented a training regiment that I could do at home easily as a standalone exercise, and also integrated into my normal workout routines. Kristin went above and beyond to help me improve and optimize what exercises I was already doing to help strengthen my core and avoid future back pain. I would highly recommend these professionals if you have any back or spine pain. Hopefully I won't see them again any time soon :) - but I would be happy to go back under their care.
