Wellstar Outpatient Rehab

Howard, the physical therapist was very thorough and very informative. I learned things I didn’t know. I felt like family when I entered their doors. The staff always greeted me with a warm welcome and a smile. Great experience!

The worst outpatient care ever. I was given a script to get some IV fluids. They told me I had to go to the emergency room for it. Devon offered me to make an appointment. They just sent me to the ER knowing they’re going to charge me for ER visit And it was not signed the script but all I had to do was get it signed and they still didn’t offer to help me front desk looked at me like I was crazy and was very rude about everything. Worst care ever.

Ms. Jackie is the best! Without her services and the knowledge she's passed on to me; my lifestyle would be subpar.

Excellent staff, very accommodating, friendly, and courteous! Therpists most knowledgable, compassionate, efficient, and effective! Excellent team.. the entire staff! HIGHLY recommend for results and pleasant experience!

Don't call and try and make an appointment. The people answering the phones are horrible and have no clue what they are doing. Telling me that they needed the paperwork in hand. I called griffin rehab. Made an appointment with no issues. I will never use wellstar again.

I highly recommend Wellstar Outpatient Rehab. It is a great facility, it isn't crowded, the therapists and staff are very friendly. They set up a plan and schedule that works for you and they are very attentive with your care.

The griffin rehab has the most wonderful ladies there.my therapist was wonderful and the ladies in the office were wonderful also
