I have had the privilege of learning from Liz on several occasions now, and I can confidently say that she is a passionate and dedicated teacher in the field of manual therapies. Liz's commitment to sharing her expertise, whether it's Core Alignment Therapy or her unique Core Transformation approach, is unwavering. She leaves no stone unturned to ensure her students/ clients are well-equipped, tenderly cared for, and well resourced. Liz is a top-notch teacher and practitioner, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to enhance their wellbeing and core strength. Her passion and knowledge are truly inspiring. I was in the area for a personal healing retreat and came across Wellspring Vitality. Liz walked me through the services and made a great recommendation based on where I was in my healing journey. From the core alignment and massage to sauna, salt room, and use of the different machines, I felt heard and cared for. In Denver I would have had to drive to a number of businesses to use all of the healing tools Wellspring Vitality has onsite. My experience with Liz and Rochelle was instrumental in me feeling restored and renewed at the completion of the retreat.

Why Wellspring Vitality? I have been to several many wellness spas/clinics and this is by far THE BEST! I have been suffering through Long Haul Covid and have tried several many treatments to feel better and it was not till I landed here, at Wellspring Vitality, that I have improved. This healing place is the real deal. My husband and I went into Wellspring Vitality to use their salt room, mito red light, and sauna... then we finished with massages from Liz! It was so nice to feel healing in a new way! I have never been into a salt room, and it was truly a healing experience. My husband LOVED the sauna. The red light felt amazing too. The facility was clean and everyone was welcoming. Now the true shining star was Liz. Her massage was AMAZING. Truly the best one I've ever had, and my husband said the same. If you're looking to feel REAL good... this is the place.

I LOVE the Advanced technologies at the Wellspring. This is the most relaxing atmosphere to enjoy an afternoon, detox and relieve stress. I cannot say enough great things about Liz and the staff at Wellspring. I felt so comfortable and the hospitality is excellent. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, I love the Salt Room and the Korean Massage Bed is outstanding! Thank you Liz and Lexi! .

What a lovely experience. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Liz walked me through the EWOT, worked on my blocked sinuses, introduced me to the salt therapy room, and then that delightful massage table. Come on! My poor face was so aggravated even weeks post viral infection and she placed a warm steamy towel over my face and put me on that fancy massage table. I feel renewed. I highly recommend Liz and the Wellspring Vitality.
