WellSpace Health San Juan Community Health Center

If you have employer based insurance and can go anywhere else, do not get a PCP with Wellspace health. You are not their client. I never saw or spoke with a physician. Referrals to a specialist who you should have access to is practically impossible, I had to get my insurance involved with a complaint against Wellspace health to get a referral. Waiting times and office hours are inappropriate. This is a low cost clinic, probably understaffed. The PA I had a phone appointment with was wonderful. Nothing bad about their actual staff.

I just wanted to say I appreciate wellspace health very much and thank you to my PCP Darcy witkoff also Brennan and Cruz absolutely wonderful people to obtain health and wellness information treatment and a great goal for my health plan thank you for the relief of not just being absolutely great professionals but for my pain as well and thank you well space health !!!!!!!!!!!! I dont know whats wrong with this place. What a nightmare its been dealing with this office. I am new to the area and was assigned this office as my Primary Care. I have very chronic medical conditions that require frequent medical support. I waited a month for my new patient visit. They never called. I called twice that day and still nobody contracted me. Now I am forced to travel 200 miles for a required injection due this month. I explained my issue and they still wouldnt get me to a Doctor. I cant risk my health on a flaky office. Going elsewhere. They average 1.5 out of 5 stars! What a joke!

The staff is generally mostly 'just doing my job' type which can come off as NOT warm and friendly, but them and the doctors still did their best to listen and accommodate me and my needs. The doctor who took me was also helpful in getting me scripts for the TIGHT kind of equipment I needed(I am diabetic and have trouble self+injecting insulin, do she got me an epi-pen style injector). Only time I heard a complaint was a woman in the waiting room having an angry fit and yelling demands she be seen immediately as if was entitled to go to the front of the line, but staff was very tolerant of her non-the-less. Golden rule scenario.. treat people with courtesy and respect and they will return it.

They actually did really good with my baby he seemed to like the doctor. Only thing that was weird is the way they held him down to give him his vaccinations but he didn't even cry & didn't have a knot in his like like he did when I went to the Roseville office he had a knot in his leg for months from getting his vaccinations at the Roseville office on N Sunrise.

I made a new patient tela healthcare appointment a month ago. I waited all day for a call never came I call the office and they tell me that without notice to me they changed my appointment day to another month away?????? No communication whatsoever to me. If I could give them a zero I would stay far away from this place.

Wonderful staff helped me sort out my insurance and got me fixed up in no time, after two months of fighting Kaiser and MediCal.

I am suffering from an extremely disturbing disease and trying to get an appointment with WellSpace on 5959 Greenback Ln since one and a half month, but unfortunately they are ignoring me every time and saying there’s no appointment available. In conclusion I want to say it’s not a WellSpace for health it’s a lie.
