From the moment I was checked in, I was greeted with professionalism. My throat was sore, so it was extremely nice to have a cup of hot cider while waiting to be seen. My Dr. was extremely professional and handled my care and questions extremely well. Thank you for the great care!

Took my 1 year old here as we were away from home. Julie, the nurse practitioner was phenomenal and so was the nurse who took the vitals (apologies I don’t have her name). They were so friendly and sweet to our boy. Was quick to confirm our suspicions of an ear infection and just as quick to send in a script and get us out of there. Highly recommend this location.

The staff were all very kind and caring, I injured my knee and they all were super helpful Amber even helped me back to my truck! Got through the visit very quick and Dr. Kristine was extremely knowledgeable and was very nice and caring. Would recommend this Urgent care to anyone in need!

Did an unscheduled walk-in on a Saturday morning for a pre-employment drug test. Customer service at the Cadillac office is AWESOME! Was very friendly and cheerful too assist me, from smile at the door, to a Good Luck on the new job before I exited! In and out in approximately 30 mins!
