I saw and was helped by Denise at Wellness Works. There were two problem areas and the shoulder injuries were alleviated and have not returned. The other major area, sciatic nerve compression, was a bit more difficult to analyze and treat. Denise was instrumental in finding the source(s) of the pain and weaknesses. For example, I am right handed and always thought the right leg muscle "apparatus" was naturally stronger..... turns out, alot of the problem was the right leg weakness. Denise easily found these problems. I had used PT for a large variety of possible solutions to problems in the past, and I was fully convinced that PT is just a gateway to surgery. It's a huge relief (thanks to Denise) to actually have the PT be the solution. It's really up to me to keep the strengthening program going.... Again thanks to WWPT, LLC and Denise for their expertise and attention to excellence.

Denise at Wellness Works has continually helped me adapt my athletic goals to my ever-changing physicality as I continue to advance. In myriad therapies ranging from more traditional to holistic approaches, working with Denise has allowed me to continue mountain biking with the way I want to. Shifting to a more therapeutic approach along with strength building continues to help me thrive and overcome my history of crashes and injuries that are sometimes a part of the sport. I saw Jeff at Wellness Works weekly for a few months for issues with my TMJ. He was super helpful in working with me on a number of issues beyond that, including related to my posture and hypermobility. We did exercises and dry needling (amazing) and I ended our time feeling stronger, healthier, and with a better understanding of how to maintain my physical health.

Awful experience before even going. Got a referral from the primary and had to call here after 2 weeks of not hearing from them. I was told they would look for the referral and call back, and asked for info for the file. About a month later still no call back. So I call again, the referral is quickly found and they claim having called and left messages twice, none of which shows on the phone's history or voicemail. Now they want to schedule in 2 months. It's been almost 2 months waiting already. This is unacceptable medical service, there is a reason the referral was sent.
