Wellness Walk-in Clinic

I have been using this office for my primary care for about 2 years. Amazing experience and my quality of care has gone up so much. I never feel rushed and they take the time to explain things rather than rush you out of the room. When I need a referral to other specialists they are always helpful at pointing me in the right direction and getting things squared away with my insurance. I’ve gotten help with hormonal issues, sleep, weight loss, and anxiety. I cannot think of any place I’d rather go to for care in the Shoals. These women are rockstars!

We went to this clinic because my son had a rash. Instead of troubleshooting what caused the rash, they threw us prescriptions for Prednisone and amoxicillin. Well... Guess what, and I know you'll be shocked, the rash came back in a few weeks. We ended up finding the cause and treating it ourselves. What a pathetic excuse of a medical system we have. I went to a different clinic for a pinched nerve in my shoulder and was just thrown a prescription, given a steroid and sent on my way. I ended up treating it on my own because I can't take the prescription naproxen (Aleve). It wouldn't have worked anyways. I also work in a call center for healthcare. After seeing the "behind the scenes" I can tell you all the insurance companies do is play back and forth between providers and third party companies. This clinic, like all the others, just wants your money and to get you out as quickly as possible without actually having to do anything.

I went in on Tuesday morning and I had to come in to make them give me my results for kidney stones on Friday! They have had me in this room for almost an hour! All I need is my results!

Will u all please quit sending my deceased wife a bill do to ur all negligence of pap smear test negative results on her her cervical Cancer grew in had went way to long to be cured buy the time she found it in stay 4 thanks to u all people she was only a stage 1 or 2 when u all gave her a pap smear test. Now she's dead due to ur all negligence so please quit sending her a bill for 307.00 dollars she's not paying it .u heart less people..

Was feeling sick with a sore throat and congestion. I could tell I was getting worse so I went here to try to get medicine to get through my sickness faster. They do a couple of tests and tell me I'm perfectly fine. I know I'm not fine and sure enough I feel worse the following day. This is exactly why I haven't been to a doctor in 10 years, besides this visit, they just waste your time and money and treat you like a child.

In a world where urgent cares are everywhere, this practice is special. True care and concern is shown every visit whether they’re covered up with people or having a lighter day. The front staff is friendly and courteous and do what they say they will do. The nurse practitioners are top notch, knowledgeable, attentive and willing to take the extra steps you may need for your care. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

DO NOT go to this place! I rate this place a 0! There are no physicians only nurses. My fiance has been there 3 or 4 times and they brushed his pain off as a pulled muscle when in fact according to a CT (he didn't want to do) says he has a kidney stone along with gallstones! And trust me that is painful by itself let alone having both at the same time! They can't prescribe pain medication because they are only nurses! I'm mad at how they have dismissed my fiance. Don't let them dismiss you and your pain!

My husband visited several walk in clinics this morning due to upper respiratory symptoms (not covid related). He didn’t stay at any except Wellness Walk In Clinic. He was asked to stay in his truck, temp was checked, he was given paper work to fill out in his truck, then the NP came to his truck. They discussed appropriate treatment and he went in the clinic to get injections. They followed all recommended Covid guidelines - unlike the other clinics. This is our new go to clinic.
