It's hard to gather the right words to describe how grateful I am for this place! I have seen the most sought after Dr, physical therapist, chiropractor, napaprath, ect. Becoming overwhelmed with pain and frustration of not being able to get relief, I was referred here. I explained my situation to Tina, and she said, "You need to come in right now"! I went up to see Kane and within 1 minute of looking at my movement and hearing my explanation he knew exactly what was wrong with me. He got straight to work and I was instantly relieved. My condition is so bad, that I go 3 days a week to get worked on and also physical therapy to strengthen and relearn how to properly use my body. I am feeling amazing now and look forward to only getting better. Kane far exceeds knowledge of human anatomy than anyone I've ever met. I’ve been coming to Wellness Solutions to seek treatment from a car accident and subsequent pinched nerve. Sarah, Jen and Kane are such professional, talented therapists who listen and personalize my therapy based on my needs. They communicate with each other and the owner, Tina, so everyone is in the loop. The facility is beautiful and there are so many wellness options in addition to physical therapy.

If you care about your health and overall wellbeing, I recommend taking a one-on-one Pilates session with Chloe. This was my first experience to the world of Pilates as well as my first visit to Wellness Solutions new location. Chloe is not only a great instructor but she was extremely patient with a beginner like myself and made me feel very comfortable. I could not recommend her enough regardless of your skill level. If you haven’t stopped by their new location at 179 E Deerpath Rd in Lake Forest, I would totally recommend it. This purpose built building is the perfect environment for all your wellness needs and blows away any other business in the area. I also had the opportunity to meet Tina (Owner) & Gary (Physical Therapist)…..both have tremendous amounts of expertise and will welcome you with open arms.

My massage with Sarah was fantastic! She’s very intuitive and knowledgeable which added to the benefits of the massage. Tina was helpful and welcoming ☺️ The space is beautiful and bright.
