Wellness Center at Lake Martin

Throughout my life, I’ve had to go to physical therapy on several occasions. Every single person I have encountered at this establishment has been WORLD CLASS!!! I’ve been having some pain in my hip and down my left leg… Today I had a treatment with Robin that was incredible! The pain is not totally gone, but it is bearable and it’s been a while since it’s been bearable. Can’t say enough about these people if you need anything, go there first, do not go to Alexander city Or Opelika you will not get the same level of care,I promise you🙏❤️ People rarely remember the words you say to them… But they will always remember how you made them feel! Everyone makes you feel like Family from the time you walk in the door.

Been going to Wellness Center for awhile. It’s very unique to have an indoor pool plus exercise equipment. It’s well maintained and the staff always cheers you on. It’s nice knowing you can go anytime of the night or day. The pool is only available Monday-Friday from 8-5 and sometimes Saturday They do offer classes of all sorts for the pool and gym. Also they have an on-site personal trainer that is highly recommended by members. Join today and enjoy your workout!

I have been going to the center to exercise in the past heart related issues. I had to stop for a while for surgery. I am going back soon. I think the gym helps me a lot to feel better and be more active. The instructor are very goog.

Amazing Staff and facility offers so much variety under one roof. Oasis Spa is fabulous. Janice McBride is the best.

Love this gym. Awesome pricing, has a little bit if everything. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.

A member for Two years now and love every aspect of this place!!! Especially the employees...they have all become Family to my Wife and I.

Very friendly staff and if you're looking for a decent gym to workout in they have a decent selection of items. Very friendly people that attend there also
