Wellington Health and Rehab

Mission Health, who owns both nursing homes in Wellington is such a great thing for this community. To have a 5 star building in a community as small as Wellington is a blessing for families that live here. In addition, the starting wage is higher than most. Our buildings no longer rely on agency staff, we are fully staffed with people from our community, and close lying communities. These are your friends, neighbors and loved ones. No family is perfect, but ours is pretty close.

I would not take my sick pet here! My family member was not attended to as needed. Left in bed all the time, when using nurses button for call, needed help to use restroom was told go ahead do it in your pants. Then 30 min or later was taken to shower to be rinsed off! Failure to communicate to family members about your loved one! Don’t expect to get calls back or to ever get someone to answer the phone at this establishment! Poor poor services!!

I just moved out of is den of thieves on April fifth of 2024 and they did not pack all of my belongings they took all of my hangers off my clothes and kept them plus there were several other personal items that did not come with me

The staff at Wellington Health and Rehab are so devoted to the health and safety of their residents, while maintaining fun and innovative ways of keeping residents involved and engaged. Love them!
