Webster Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

I went to visit a loved one today at Webster Park. I was thoroughly impressed with the entertainment offered, and the birthday party to celebrate November birthdays. While my interaction with staff was limited, the staff I did engage with were so pleasant!! I especially loved the staff interaction with residence during the musical entertainment- and watching the staff dance with the residents!! So heartwarming. Thank you for everything the Webster Park staff does!! True earth angels!!

I would not put my worst enemy in this nursing home. My mother was there long-term, but thank God, I found another place for her to go. This place is very neglectful on their patients. They leave them, soaking wet and dirty. They do not keep up on maintenance. My mother’s sink did not have water for at least a week. I had to keep advocating for it, which I shouldn’t have to. Make sure if you bring anything in for family that you take pictures of everything like I did. There is very few people in this nursing home that deserve credit!!!!!

I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. It’s subpar cleanliness and medical professional have been demonstrated!! They failed to provide timely aid , pain medication or any assistance to my 82-year-old mother, a fall risked who had a recent double spinal fusion and was sent there for rehabilitation. When I made an unannounced visit they were unable to answer any of my concerns and became combative. We immediately transferred her to the South Shore Hospital and filed a police report as she felt unsafe. This is no place to send anyone you care about.

Webster Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare is amazing and our whole family feel has saved my husband's life after a very bad experience at a different rehab center. The staff at the Webster Rehab Center is extremely caring, competent and very warm and friendly to their patients. We could not be more pleased with this rehab center and would recommend it to anyone looking for this kind of care. This center was given the top award from the company that owns it and which has rehab centers in many states in the US. Webster Park Rehab certainly deserves that rating. Our whole family thanks you for your wonderful service to your patients and for saving my husband's life!

Webster Park has improved tremendously since I was here three years ago. The staff was very helpful, cheerful, and it seemed to be very clean. I feel like my friend was getting very good care while she recuperates.

Elderly relative stayed at the rehab for 3 weeks. The staff were nice and kind and my relative REALLY appreciated that they listened to her and changed what they were doing to accomodate her feedback, whether rehabilitation exercises, room temperature, or food. This is important. They listen to you. (The month before, she had opposite experience at highend 5 star facility in Phoenix. She left there not able to walk 15 ft with assistance, much worse than when she arrived.) Her room was an old one but comfortable and she felt at home. Since she left, the staff has called regularly to check in on her. My mother left Webster Park Rehab much improved: happy and healthier. 5 stars!!

My friend is really upset about the care that she is receiving, No one has come in to check in on her. She's really depressed and she's not receiving any much for dinner, no one has given her any update on her treatments either.would of expected much more out of a place like that. Give her better treatment or she'll go to the board

At first, I was a fan of this facility. The staff are friendly, however after a completely avoidable incident and negligence on behalf of the facility; I recommend if you have a loved one that you are considering sending here… For their health safety, and their life do not do it My father is currently in the ICU because of the choice we made.
