Horrible! They don't keep enough staff on duty. They won't hardly answer call lights. Dont like to answer outside door. Won't give medicine correctly. And if you complain they treat you Horrible. Also if complaints are made to state they inform the nursing home of who made the complaint, they also receive a heads up call that someone is coming in so they have time to prepare for a investigation.They will also deny any wrong doing. Honestly don't know how this place hasn't been shut down yet!

As people have cited in here, making a decision to place a loved one in the care of others brings on many different emotions and feelings. The fact was dad's care was greater than we could manage. I cannot say enough about the staff at WCHRC...from the admissions coordinator, to accounting to the charge nurses and MOST IMPORTANTLY THE CNA'S!! Everyone was so caring and mindful of my dad while he was in their care. The facility is clean, secure and full of people who love the ones they are taking care of as if they were their own. I would recommend this community to anyone who is facing a hard decision with how to care for their family members.

Making the decision to place our loved one was excruciating but we knew she needed and deserved more than we could do for her. We initially contacted a different facility and after 6 weeks of them saying they were waiting on approval, we decided to Give Webb City Health and Rehab a call. We received an answer the next day, had an in home appointment to complete paper work a few days later, and she moved in exactly one week after the initial phone call. They really made the process stress free. She adjusted so well after moving in. The staff is great and the level of care she receives is top notch. 8 months later and we are still extremely pleased.

My aunt received Rehab and Therapy services after a fall a year ago, she told us then if she ever needed long term care that she wanted to go back to WCH&R. A few months ago she was ready for long term care, we went to WCH&R and couldn’t be happier. Everyone has been wonderful I would highly recommend them.

So no one ever wants to put their loved one in a nursing home. I had to make that hard decision. Yes I wanted my mom to go into somewhere closer to joplin, where I live, but I heard webb city health and rebab was better than joplin. So I choose there. In every nursing home, u have ppl who actually care and put up with obnoxious family like me who was always worried about every step she took or every pee she took. Lol but I want to shout out a few who I/she absolutely fell in love with. Brenda, Courtney, T, Faron, Derek, Greg, Jennea(she always called her jennie), rachael, and a few more. If I forget u, I'm sorry. But those r the ones who will always have a place n my heart for putting up with me and taking care of my mom! God bless u all and know ur loved guys! Front foyer is cold as ice. Pushed the service button 7 times and no one came til a nurse was leaving for the night.

Terrible staff. Was abusive towards my mother. Was not cared for like she needed to be. Her property was constantly stolen by staff including her debit card. If you don't give a darn about your family members or what happens to them, then this is place for you. I wouldn't let this place care for any living thing.
