We Level Up was my first ever treatment and I couldn’t be more grateful for my experience. I believe my higher power put me here for a reason for my first step of this journey. The staff is incredible, friendly, supportive, kind and attentive to all of my needs. They definitely have your best interest in mind and will help you with whatever you need. Some rules are kinda silly, but again.. for your best interest and to help keep your focus on recovery. They really show you how to have fun while sober and clean and the splash pool and grotto are heaven sent on hot days. I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends who will need it. The perfect place to start your new beginning.

We level up was all around a great experience, but that was only because of the therapists/caseworkers, Jamie and especially Serina. They were on my side the whole time and made the experience much easier to endure, their wasn't a time I had to question either of them or whether if they had my back or not because they were already on top of the issue.

The staff members here go above and beyond in their care for patients. They made my stay here amazing, as BHT, Nursing Staff, Case Management, and Therapists truly care about your recovery and future plans to continue sobriety. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs help. This is the place to be! The alumni Joe really helped me in making the right choice in this location!

Level up was personally a great place for me the advertising wasn’t completely accurate but the community as a whole makes the place feel like home. If you want a place to make you feel comfortable and open to the mental heal experience I would recommend coming to level up it’ll change your life if you let it. And time will fly by as you become more comfortable. Also they give you a hoodie when you leave :)

They only focused on addicts that made the biggest noise and annoyance. Never once was called in to do one on one with a therapist because i guess i wasnt crazy enough. Charged $53k basically for room and board in 3 weeks. Over populated, understaffed. A rip off and it's my first treatment center. Was told it was my responsibility to seek out the help out of the staff. They will charge you for the full experience but actually dont give it to you. And the generic response WLU gives on posts come from their Florida corporate office. Not anyone from the Cali center. Lawyers from my insurance company is involved now since WLU didn't give the full treatment but still charged full price.
