I had a wonderful experience at Waynesboro Physical Therapy. I needed P.T. after my knee replacement surgery and wanted a place with experienced therapists who were understanding but pushed me to get better. I found the perfect place! They were always on time getting to me and in the early weeks when I was weaker and less balanced they were always by my side for support as I completed my exercises. As I regained my strength and balance, they increased my independence but the P.T.'s were always nearby. The facility is maintained nicely and very clean.

I’m a lifelong runner who became sidelined with a painful IT Band injury. Routine activities became unbearable. Josh was my in-take PT who gave me a full diagnosis and treatment plan, focusing on improving my leg muscle strength - something I always considered way above average. Learned a lot about the balance of strength & cardio training and gradually built up muscle strength supporting my knee joints. Took lots of time and a new way of exercising, but at 59 years old, Josh gave me a plan to extend my love for running into my senior years. Can’t say enough about how Awesome KYLE was to push me thru rehab - he really got to know how I exercised and helped me break down major adhesions in the knee. Thank you to Josh, Kyle and Rachel for all their help getting me back to what I love doing.

disappointed with the non patient care I received here if you are a person of color do not expect to get the same treatment the other patients receive. I would be there watching all the other patients receiving such great attentiveness and interaction with the PT and I would be left unattended never checked on just left to my own accord if that is the case I can do my exercises at home

This is a wonderful place: great staff, beautiful facility, easy to access. I am recovering from total knee replacement surgery and am thrilled with progress. Every activity makes sense. My primary PT, Josh, is careful, encouraging, thorough, and informative. I love asking him questions and have learned so much. I always look forward to going and taking on the next rehab challenge!

1. They clean the tables/beds and change the pillow cases. 2. They are well equipped, so if you have serious issues, I'm sure they can help if you get a good therapist. 3. They have tv you can watch while you exercise or wait in the waiting room. Usually it's some game show or home improvement show when i've gone in the past. 4. A physical therapy assistant watches you do your exercises individually to make sure you are doing your exercises right. 5. You are there maybe 1 hour-1.5 depending on what you have going on. I've gone places where you are with a DPT for the whole time, but then they want you in and out in 30 minutes. Other places have 1 physical therapy assistant watch over everyone, and they rarely correct you if you are doing your exercises wrong. So this place does it right. 6. They are friendly but not nauseatingly friendly. 7. One physical therapist who doesn't work there anymore was really tough, and competitive, she really wanted all our patients to improve. She was a good one, but no longer there. I hope they hire more passionate people like her instead of people who are insecure and not confident, whose skills don't match up with hers.
