Wayne Orthopedic Physical Therapy

This is my third time coming here over the last 5 years. (Broken arm, neck or back issues) They are so much better than any other pt place I have been. There is no comparison. Every single person there is extremely friendly and caring. And they all know all the patients names. They spend one on one time with you for the full hour and stay with you while you are doing your exercises to make sure you are doing them correctly and to encourage you. They are very skilled at what they do and have successfully helped me meet my goals. They listen carefully to how you are feeling and adjust to that. They have a secure app they use to take detailed notes about each visit. The service and people are extremely high quality. They are very accommodating with schedules whenever it is possible to work out. I highly recommend them. I really look forward to going there because it is such a wonderful experience.

All the staff is friendly and professional. They seem to really know what they’re doing. They all get involved in your treatment. They operate like a well oiled machine. Very personable. My therapist, Nick is very knowledgeable and my personal clinical co-ordinator Kristen, pushed me to make the best progress. Every staff member went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. If you’re looking for a physical therapist I would highly recommend Wayne Orthopedic physical therapy.

I highly recommend Wayne Orthopedic PT for all athletes looking to rehab any sports injuries. It is a family like environment that makes it an enjoyable and not a dreadful experience. I worked with Nick 3 days a week and he was nothing short of phenomenal. He pushed me to limits I didn't know I could exceed and I can confidently say I'm fully recovered from my knee injury and it is all thanks to him. The supporting staff is also great to be around, as they all are super friendly and helpful. Overall, if you're looking to make full injury recovery and be welcomed into a family like atmosphere, there is no better option.

Wayne Orthopedic Physical Therapy is a phenomenal practice. The therapists and staff are all incredibly professional and friendly. They always go out of their way to get to know you and keep you engaged and comfortable. They’re incredibly encouraging and extremely knowledgeable about their field. The facility is also always very clean and well kept. They are incredibly accommodating of any schedule needs as well. I highly recommend this practice!

I can’t say enough good things about WOPT, and the fabulous team there. I used to be a physical therapy skeptic, but after undergoing rotator cuff surgery last September, my surgeon insisted that physical therapy was essential for my recovery. I’m glad I heeded his advice, but more importantly I’m glad I went to WOPT. First, the facility at WOPT is immaculate and spacious, with comfortable furniture, therapy stations, and equipment well laid out without feeling cramped even when the place is filled with patients. The staff are meticulous about sanitizing the stations after each use and keeping everything clean and orderly. Second, from the minute you walk into WOPT, you’re greeted with smiles, courtesy, professionalism, and care starting with Regina at the front desk coordinating the patients and therapists and everybody’s schedules. My physical therapist, Dr. Rafaela, is superb! She’s the sole reason why I am now a firm believer in the benefits of physical therapy. Dr. Rafaela started working with me 2 weeks after surgery, following protocols specific to my recovery but which she tailored to my unique limitations. She gradually progressed my range of motion and strength training week after week, asking me questions after every session, and adjusting our routines, when necessary, based on my input. Her expertise was invaluable, as I relied on her knowledge and directions dealing with the ups and downs throughout the recovery. When my surgeon discharged me 4-1/2 months later, he described my progress as “fantastic”. I thanked him for his fine skills as a surgeon but gave full credit for my recovery to Dr. Rafaela and the rest of the team at WOPT. Dr. Rafaela’s teammates round out the excellence at WOPT. Dr. Nick and Dr. Steve are equally top-notch professionals and a joy to work with in Dr. Rafaela’s absence, and Denise and Kristen’s help keeping me on track and focused (and even laughing) throughout the exercise routines was immensely beneficial. I’m grateful for their steady encouragement, consistent smiles, and friendly conversations that made the exercises go faster. And finally, Regina’s expertise and diligence navigating my medical insurance coverage is extremely appreciated, especially when she negotiated additional sessions beyond my yearly limit so that I could continue my physical therapy uninterrupted. I’ve been to a few physical therapy centers, and Wayne Orthopedic Physical Therapy is by far the very best. From the comfortable atmosphere, the accommodating hours, the friendly receptionist (Regina), the fabulous clinic coordinators (especially Kristen), to the talented board-certified doctors of physical therapy (Dr.Rafaela was phenomenal), this experience has allowed me to totally recover after my recent knee replacement surgery. This will always be my go-to place to restore my body back to health. I highly recommend it.

WOPT is the best therapy center I’ve ever visited. The staff is warm and friendly, and also very knowledgeable in Orthopedics. They are also massively fun, which is important when doing repetitive exercises. And thanks to them, my surgically repaired ankle is well ahead of schedule. I can now see my game of golf on the horizon, and it’s getting closer every day. And that is thanks to this great group of people!

I have been to many physical therapy offices since my 3 knee replacements in 2017 2018 and 2019, Wayne Orthopedic is by far the one that shines !! The minute I walked in the door, the receptionist (Regina) was so friendly and helpful I knew I had come to the right place, When I met my therapist ( Nick) it was very evident that not only was he extremely knowledgeable but VERY compassionate. In addition, the whole staff worked together so well it was evident that they truly respected and appreciated each other. I would also like to commend Jennifer,my second therapist Jennifer was also so kind and compassionate it truly helped to keep me going when I had those days where I felt frustrated and sad over my condition, I cannot complete this review without acknowledging all the other members of this office who have been so encouraging and helpful throughout my sessions.
