Wayne Healthcare Center

Our mother has been at Wayne Healthcare Center for three months now. Our family is so happy with mom‘s care. It’s such a relief to know that our mother is in a secure place and having great care. All of the employees there are so kind, friendly and helpful. If she can’t be home with us, there’s nowhere else we’d rather she be because we know they take great care of mom and she’s happy.

My mother has been in the Wayne Healthcare facility for 6 months. The staff was so helpful with the admission process and getting her settled in. They explained how she would react transitioning from home to the healthcare facility. The staff is friendly and helpful

I went there yesterday to visit with my sister who has dementia. The facility was well staffed and clean but most importantly, my sister was happier and more full of energy than I have seen her at other facilities.

My moms health was declining sat and we were told the following Tues shes now on hospice. We got another pH call wednesday your mom has less than 24 hrs to live. No one got to see her before she passed away. Worse place ever

My mother Hazel Robertson was seriously injured at this facility. No family members was called when they found my mother. She was in there for rehabilitation because she had broken her hip at home. As of today's date we have been told 3 different stories. According to mom's medical records from the nursing home all of this could have been prevented. They took NO PRECAUTIONS to protect my mother. They took away my family's right when they didn't contact no one. We was told when she was admitted that if any changes occurred with mom that they would call us. After mom was injured then they put a bed alarm on her bed and a tether on her leg. Why didn't they do this before the injury occured. I have pictures of mom's injuries and they are really bad. Pictures don't lie!!!!! The public needs to be told about this incident. And I will let the public know what happened at the Wayne County Nursing Home and Rehabilitation center in Wayne County Wv

Excellent care at this facility, the way that they cared for my memaw and peepop was as great as having family take care of them. My family will always be grateful, I wouldn’t hesitate to send my loved ones here!!!

Always clean and the employees are friendly.
