This is the worst place ever!! Beds falling apart furniture is so old and disgusting and dirty. Never check on patients. My mom broke her humerus close to her shoulder and really needed assistance getting out of bed but she did not get that for the four days she was there so we took her out.

My mother has been here since 2019, I have always been more than satisfied until now. I find my mother slumped over, her nails long and dirty, her nightgown up around her shoulders, she is forgotten at the end of the hall and I have pictures to prove this. When I talked to the Dire tor, she said I complained about her last room,which was not conducive to my mother's well being and said she was sorry that things weren't to my satisfaction! Not my satisfaction but what my mother deserves. If not for Lakeya who is doing her best to help my mother I would be considering moving her to another facility and if things aren't resolved I still will.

The staff at Waycross Health and Rehab are awesome. They provide excellent care, are caring and compassionate and will go out if their way for their residents. You won’t find a better place to care for your family.

Waycross Health and Rehab exudes professionalism and the desire to provide care in a community where both are in short supply. The desire to accept all as family coupled with the genuine concern of their patients well being is more than apparent. They are an oasis in a quagmire. Kudos
