My mother was placed here. Terrible place. Her purse was taken from her room the second night she was there. Nothing was done about it.

My family member had to be admitted to the facility, everyone was very helpful, understanding, and accommodating. Admissions and administration were very friendly and helpful with the admission process. Nursing staff were quick to communicate with physicians and did a great job caring for my family members many medical concerns. My family member enjoyed all the therapists, nursing staff, and daily visits from administration and had nothing but good things to say about the facility.

Brock one of the people who made an outstanding review of this place actually works in HR. Which is ironic because all he does is intimidate and flirt with the female employee’s. The building is riddled with mold and the place is severely understaffed because not many people are willing to brave the conditions. The nurses are nice though.

The staff at this facility are great! They care about their residents and have a lot of fun with them while providing great care.

I should have listened to the fact that this place isn't good to be in! It's like most places like this is! I've had a few good employees, but not as many as I thought I would! They're all mostly the same way! It's best to get the State reports that are online and rated!

Having to admit a family member to a nursing home was not something we wanted to consider, let alone do. After his first admission to the previous nursing home (not affiliated with Watsontown Nursing and Rehab) several years ago, we were all dreading having to entrust his care to any nursing facility ever again. Yet, circumstances being what they were, we had no choice but to admit my father for short-term care (about 6 weeks total). We chose Watsontown Nursing and Rehabilitation; we have no regrets. Dad got the BEST care at Watsontown and it showed! Having suffered right-sided weakness from a previous stroke, Dad came out of the nursing home stronger than when he went in (keep in mind, Dad was not admitted for rehabilitation, but for 24-hour care in the nursing home). His healthcare team helped my father and our family during a difficult time. The staff was always helpful in answering questions and scheduling visits. We are grateful to the entire team for giving Dad such great care!

I had the pleasure of recently working with Watsontown Nursing and Rehab with a geriatric care management client that I referred. They were very competent and caring. My client was extremely satisfied with the care Watsontown Nursing & Rehab provided. The nursing home administrator, Melissa Polito and Social Worker, Christen Yost were especially helpful with this complex client and their family’s needs. As a former nursing home social worker and current geriatric care manager with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field, I can confidently say that I would send one of my own family members there for care, if they needed skilled nursing faculty services in the Watsontown area.

Horrible place. If you truly love your people don't send them there. Understaffed, many staff are only there to get a payck, food is warmed up frozen food, mostly carbs. If I could give it a negative star reading I would.
