Watson Sports Performance & Rehabilitation

I have an injury and have been receiving treatment for the past few weeks. Katy in the front desk makes it easy to get you scheduled in for an evaluation and she helped me find a scheduled time to come that works with my schedule. I've been seeing their PT Joanne and have seen Allie as well. Both professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I have come in with extreme pain, and have always left feeling so much better after my PT session.The facility is beautiful and have a lot of resources within the facility. They are also the sister company of Beach Kids Therapy Center, where they do pediatric services. I decided to come to Watson because of the amazing quality care that Beach Kids Therapy Center provides to their clients and based on past experiences as a parent to a child who received services there.

Called this place based on great reviews. Surprisingly, they had a cancellation for the following day, so I came in for my initial eval/treatment. At the end of the session, the PT informs me that she is the only PT currently working there and that I will be lucky to get in 2X/week. The gal that does the scheduling is leaving as I am and I am told she will call me Monday to schedule my PT sessions. It's now Thursday afternoon.. no call. So infuriating that they weren't up front and honest when I called. She should have let me know that they are short staffed and can't accommodate new patients. Of course, they will still get paid by my insurance for the initial visit which is equally infuriating. Complete waste of my time, which is just as valuable as these people who think that their time is so much more valuable than everyone else's.

I'm so grateful to have found an awesome place to recover after long days of training and coaching! Jen is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! Just a few sessions with her and I'm already much more aware of and motivated to correct my specific areas of imbalance and mobility, and her massage adjustments are truly life-changing!! Anyone in the athletic industry should definitely check it out!

Booked a massage with Jennifer, as my daughter said it was the best massage she ever had! little did I know she would key in on my hip/ back/ leg areas to relieve tightness & pain! Jennifer’s kind, professional mannerisms are much appreciated
