Waterman Village Physical Occupational Speech Therapy Clinic

I want to thank Waterman Village Physical Outpatient Therapy and all their staff. Special thanks to Lisa M. and Juliana. Not only have they helped me with the recovery of my shoulder, but they also offered me a personalized service. They make the patient feel as if we were part of the family. They very professional, respectful and compassionate which makes this place feel like home.

If only we started here first, things would have advanced more quickly. My wife had been going to multiple facilities over time being treated with only text book techniques. After a short time, they would all say there is nothing more that they can do to improve her condition and then discharge her. Since going to Waterman Village Outpatient Rehab, my wife's strength and endurance has improved considerably fast. All the therapists and staff think out of the box and incorporate new and original ways to focus on the areas that need the most attention. As I stated earlier, we should have started here first.  And don't forget to ask Lora about her candy bar stash.

My husband has been through several rounds of therapy in the past five years with limited success. This has been our first experience where the three disciplines have worked as a team and coordinated their efforts in order to achieve maximum results. In spite of multiple disabilities, he continues to improve. We had almost given up before coming to this facility. The staff has not only provided excellent services for him, but has also been a great support for the caregiver. And most of all, he still loves coming to his sessions after more than six months of treatment.

My husband has been fortunate to work with a number of physical and occupational therapists at this rehab center. They are all professional, experienced, encouraging, kind and caring.We feel as though they are as invested in his improvement as we are. Also everyone works with a team mentality for the betterment of the patients. We feel very blessed to have been referred to this clinic.

Despite knowing "no pain is no gain", I looked forward to every session. Catherine made it a pleasure while meeting every goal she set for me. She brightened my day! She was a total joy to work with. Thanks to the entire staff.

THE GREATEST!!!!!!!! The therapist here really care about their patients. I have been using their services for about a year and I can’t say enough good things about their patient care.

Cathy and Adriana were totally effective in eliminating my pain, but also provided expertise on how I could maintain a better condition— thanks very much!
