Waterbury Center For Nursing & Rehabilitation

My father was at Waterbury Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation for a year and a half and they were all very good to him. He could be a tough customer sometimes and they were always patient and kind which allowed him to gain trust in all of the staff. The place is kept clean, ran regularly and reliably, and the staff kept me informed of anything that he needed to be handled. I am very thankful that my father was cared for by such a caring staff from nurse supervisor to maintenance. Thank you!

The staff puts in a decent amount of effort to get things done if you have any issues but the food quality needs to be taken up a bit

I've been in 2 other Nursing homes before I came to Waterbury Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation I can tell you it's a very nice clean environment staff are nice most importantly the patients are getting taking care of.

Thank you to the staff. I appreciate the care you gave to me while I was here. I'm leaving tomorrow and excited to move forward.

This place is a complete dump! Stay far away the care is horrible they have no clue what their doing and to boot my aunts room had no phone and an old box Tv with no remote control!! In the bathroom there’s a hole in the wall where the mirror should be!! STAY AWAY

The customer service here is fantastic ! The staff takes care of my every need. Place is clean and the rehab is superb !

I like the aids and nurses. I like being here. I also like the management and maintenance staff. It’s a good place to be.
