Water & Sports Physical Therapy

I HIGHLY recommend this company for physical therapy. My doctor said I was going to need surgery if the physical therapy didn't show improvement within 6 months. After the 1st month of working with Garrett and Vanessa my doctor says I no longer need surgery. I continue to work with them to strengthen my foot and my balance. It's been 3 months and I no longer have foot pain. The staff really listens to you and helps you figure out a solution. They work inside a gym (and at a pool nearby but I have not used it) There are locker rooms available to change your PT clothes. Plenty of free parking.

After Total Hip Replacement I visited Dr Garrick Li and team for some intense but awesome therapy. 6 months after receiving a new hip, Garrick has me more than ready for the steep tree skiing that I have been missing the last couple of years! Clear exercise instructions and pushing the envelope in a safe way really helped - especially in the weeks right after surgery.

I have been seeing Garrick for a knee injury for the last 7 months and have been so impressed with his professionalism, warm spirit, and physical therapy knowledge! I always look forward to seeing him and know he is helping me get on the right track with my knee. I fully trust him and his team to take care of me in the best way possible.

Dr. Garrick Li and Vanessa are very kind, patient, and understanding individuals who made it clear they care about the people they work with. They have great communication and people skills. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is in need of professional physical therapy.

Dr.Garrick, and Gabe are truly awesome . Knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They are 2 of the best PT, PTA I have worked with. My neck and back pain are much better. My treatment plan is very specific and perfect for my issues . I highly recommend them. They are truly the best.

I have been doing PT on my low back there for about 6 months. Dr Garrick is very knowledgeable. Very friendly and polite staff. They are also flexible and accommodate any requests or modifications in the program based on my needs. Overall I am satisfied with the service.

This is by far the best physical therapy center I have ever gone to .Their level of professionalism, knowledge, and patient care is amazing! I got to work with Britt and Ashley and really enjoyed my experience and their adaptability as my body recovered from an injury . Their home exercises are detailed and outlined in their easy-to-use mobile app . The crew that assisted in the exercise area was also top notch with an eagerness to get you back in the game and eagle eyes for improper form . I can't say enough nice things about this group, but as you can tell...I highly recommend them.
