My PA is Zane Graves, besides just being a great guy, he is also patient, informative, kind, caring and much better explaining spinal issues than some MD's have been! I feel lucky to have him and I'd give him 10 stars if I could!!!

Dr. Graham and his staff are wonderful. They are caring, attentive, and really make you feel heard and like you are participating in your care rather than just doing something because the doctor said to do it. The only reason I deducted a star is because of the billing department. They will overcharge you, and apparently it's up to you to catch that error. If you don't, you probably won't get that money back. So watch your EOB when it comes from your insurance and make sure what was billed is what you paid, and if you paid more then call the billing office.

If I could give negative stars it still would not be enough.Stay away from this facility. I was to be seen by a neurosurgeon instead of physicians Assistant. It all started on Dec 22 2022, went to the appointment seen a PA said I need to see a orthopedic surgeon. Waited weeks for them to send the proper paperwork to VA. Called several times, nobody would answer. Called administration and filed a complaint, finally received call back, said they would take care of the situation. Finally was able to talk to someone I asked if I could have my records sent to me they said no problem took my info and that was over three weeks ago and still nothing.

This is my first time dealing with anything Neurology wise. I broke my neck back in March and had surgery to repair my C6/C7. That went great, now I am in the care to get another problem taken care of from the same accident (not due to any carelessness on their part). They call back when I call and fully explain everything to me. I am happy dealing with them. The few I have dealt with there are all good people.

If I could leave a negative rating I would give this place a -5 star rating. I really wish I would have read the reviews before I went here. I had my first appointment in September where I was told to bring a MRI from my other neurosurgeon. I gave a laundry list of symptoms which was passed over while only one was focused on. Dr. Candace Harper acknowledged the MRI showed a huge C5/6 disc herniation. Two other neurosurgeons advised me if stenosis, myelopathy, bone spurs, and disc degeneration. However Dr. Candace Harper seemed to miss all that. She suggested I need a nerve conduction test and a new MRI. So I wait for the office to schedule me a test. It is now the end of November and I have not heard a word from them. Two weeks after my first visit I sneezed felt a pop in my neck and started to have more pain in my neck, shoulders and arms. I called and left a VM about it and heard nothing. November 14th, almost 2 months after my first visit I call to see what the hold up is. The snotty front desk lady took my call and said she would pass my concerns to my doctor. 3 days later I still haven't heard anything. I called today the 17th and left a VM explaining my displeasure with this office and I would no longer be their patient. 5 minutes later a nurse calls to apologize and tries to convince me this is her first time hearing about my situation. I told her I am not willing to be their patient anymore due to lack of concern about my health. Why would I want a doctor office to potentially operate on my neck and I can't even get proper communication with them? Thanks but no. My advise is to steer clear of this place. The reviews prior to minearw dead on accurate.

If you have severe chronic headaches and your neurologist from this Institute happens to be out of the office for several weeks, don't bother to look for help here. They apparently don't have anyone with the skill needed to treat you when your attacks become acute. When the ER Dr. calls them they recommend you wait for your neurologist to come back (20 plus days). And the won't refer you to anyone else.
