Warwick Physical Therapy

Was recommended here by the dtr for my dad who's 95. Spoke to a woman named Marta. Very rude and would never use this place. My dad had an accident and it was a no fault case. She was so worried about the money rather than the patient. Told me had to check to make sure there was enough money and how many times he could go before booking an appt. Meanwhile I'm holding a script from a dtr with the needed therapy and how many times a week and how long. The owner needs a new receptionist. Oh and by the way Marta there is insurance too incase anything runs out. I guess now you get nothing. Karma is a funny thing. You don't treat anyone like that, customer service actually matters to some people.

I have been using multiple PT locations for many years and have finally found the best. The facility is perfect for pt, and the providers are the best synched group of therapists and staff, and they all have very hospitable personalities. I have been coming here when necessary for the last three years and have recommended many friends here. None of us have been disappointed

Brilliant team that gives excellent care from reception to treatment! The private rooms and lovely office create a wonderful experience. I always leave feeling SO much better.

Excellent experience. You always work with the physical therapist and are never turned over to assistants. Angie is a very caring, knowledgeable physical therapist in a very friendly setting.
