Warsaw Nursing and Rehab Center

My Dad was there for 7yrs. The facility is decent not great. My dad passed Away after 7yrs there. Director of facility never called to Express any type of Sympathy. What a Joke....and doesn't return any phone calls..Staff needs to act and be more Professional...

!!STAY AWAY!! This place is a joke. Rude inconsiderate and down right nasty staff from the admin (that changes every 2 weeks), to the business mgr on down. I know we don't have much of a choice in what state nursing home we get because of Medicaid, but if you have any say in where your loved one is placed for "rehab 😄" run as fast as you can. The place is filthy and smells of urine and feces throughout. If you're filming a horror movie, this is the place to do it. 0 STARS!😡🤬😤

Swung by here to visit a relative, needed some help and the administrator was a huge help. He was very responsive and attentive. It feels very reassuring to know my loved ones are in such a well-handled facility.

Went with a friend to visit her family member. It was awful! The public restrooms are gross. The facility is old and really needs updating. The medicine cart was left alone in the hallway. I would not want any of my family there!

Worse facility ever eddie is suppose to give patients the proper rehab and yet he has not!!! He is refusing to give my loved one the treatment they need to recover to come home all because he wants a check!!

Well I would say they have some sweet caring nurses there and they love there patients
