We would like to commend the staff for their care of our family member. William Rex Carlton. During the last year of his life, he was well taken cared for, transported to his doctor visits and felt loved by the staff. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and we were very pleased with every aspect of his stay.

A close family member was admitted to Warsaw Health and Rehab for a few weeks. I can't express how satisfied I was with the professional level of the staff, and the care received. The place is updated, and very immaculate. Smells clean, and the other residents appear to be clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs short or long term care!

The DON here is very unprofessional she hire and fire due to her own personal issues she’s a snake she just wake up and fire good people and the Administrator nor corporate takes the time to resolve any issues…the DON walks around coaching staff on what to say when corporate comes and they ask questions…I was being rudely disrespected by an visitor in front of the DON and she advised me to literally stand and take it explaining it’s like this at all Kissito Facilities as in you’ll have to put up with disrespect if working with the company…she has staff there not certified providing care to residents and she doesn’t care because it’s her preference to do it how she please so don’t work here nor put your love ones here
