Thankful for this Primary Care team!!! I had dealt with the same health issue for over 10years; My first visit with Jennifer Turner, I received a diagnosis & answers to something that plagued my life for years. Appointments are usually quick, I show up 10min prior to appointment and I never have waited longer than 20m to be seen. They always answer the phone or call you back quickly as well. Their dermatologist Scarlett Smith is also phenomenal!! She is clearly very dedicated to her work & patients. One visit with her and also received a diagnosis/prescription for a problem I had spent 2 years telling Cullman Internal Medicine about. Their rheumatology team is also top-tier. Celia Fernandez and Jessica Jordan have always given my arthritis disease care and attention. They actually listen to your concerns and will investigate to get you answers. I highly recommend!

It’s hard to find physicians to trust!! I have used Dr. Williams for years and he is the most knowledgeable and understanding doctor I have ever met! And Ms Scoggins always makes me feel at ease when I have a problem!! Love this place!! It’s kinda like an all in one medical shop!!

Do not recommend. They couldn’t care less about actually helping you. I received an ADD diagnosis recently, she tried one medication before throwing me to the side. They refused to believe me on anything I was telling them as to what was going on. She tried to refer me to phycologist when that’s what I saw in the first place for the diagnosis and then refused to refer me to another primary Dr to get the care I need. Insane what I’ve been put through with them prior to this.

Kim Flowers is awesome!!❤️ She has done more for me in 2 visit that 20 years of other Dr's. Love Her!!

If I could give negative stars I would. My appointment was at 2:00 and I came in at 2:05 they signed me in and even gave me paperwork I had to fill out which I already done in my portal and I told the lady at the front desk and she ignored me. After I spent 10 Minutes doing the paper work I had already done online I took it back up to the front desk and the lady decided to tell me since I came in 15 minutes late they pushed me off the scheduled that I took off work to come and make and told me I'm no longer to be seen and I had to make a new appointment. So I wasted my time, missed my work and they didn't even tell me until after I finished all my paperwork that I couldn't even be seen. I will never go back and I honestly would never recommend these people.

If you have an issue don't expect them to help you. "You will just get I don't know what to tell you". Then wonder why you are upset. They make their patients feel like a burden. They overbook so you wait forever in the waiting rooms and forever in the rooms. Billing issues after billing issues since the beginning.

I sew Jennifer Turner and in a very long time, I feel like someone's listening to me. She was sweet, a tentative and professional. Highly recommend this doctor's office!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! My primary care and rheumatologist are both here which makes it more convenient. I'm usually in and out within an hour. Some days they are slammed and my appointments may take a bit longer, but no longer than any other Dr.'s office I've been to. And they make up for it with the care that you receive. They actually listen to you and don't make you feel like you're just a number. I don't mind waiting because I know that everyone else receives that same treatment and respect. Everyone I have met here is friendly and helpful. I can't imagine anyone having a negative experience.
