Patient experiences
I am going to the Clinic for lower back and hip pain. The staff are friendly and helpful. My Therapist, Jake Crawford, is very professional and has been wonderful. He explains what he is doing and the benefit of the exercises I do there and at home, and because I understand I am more motivated to work hard and will continue to do them. I have improved so much and have hope of getting all of my mobility back.
I am going to the Physical Therapy Clinic for help with lower back pain resulting from rheumatism. I have had one session there and find it more than I expected. The facility is spotless, airy, well lighted, and spacious. Vic was outstanding in going through what I need. He emailed me videos of the exercises, which includes audio that takes you through the prescribed exercises. The video includes the recommended number of sets one should preform and other information to help do the exercises correctly. I can't say enough about what a good experience this was and the same for the whole Walla Walla Clinic complex.
The PT staff very knowledgeable. Mark has been very supportive in helping me recover from my spinal surgery.
