Walker Baptist Outpatient Rehab

Went here to get cleaned up & it worked. My complaint isn't about the treatment, it's about the billing. We set everything up before I went because we had to have a payment plan in place before I could go. We settled on paining $100 a month until it was paid off. We sent 1 check a month for about 6 months even though we NEVER & I do mean Never received a bill from them. The checks were not cashed & No phone calls were returned & a bill Never came. They sent my account to collections after only 4 months. I have emailed them, I've called them & I've written them but I have Never, not once heard back from them. Recovering from drug addiction is a hard enough road without having to worry about your credit score going down more because they won't contact you. Go somewhere else unless you have enough money to not ever worry about using credit for anything
