The best of the best.. Dr Jessy Woods I love her, she puts my best interest and health first. My dentist Dr. Jernberg otherwise know as Dr. Doogie Houser(by me) has the best and most gentle hands of any dentist that I've ever been to.. Take notice everyone, I've never felt any agony when he has pulled a tooth and I'm a big chicken. The staff is incredibly professional and so friendly I love them all. So happy I chose Wabash Valley Health Center.

Let me preface that I have had a very traumatic dental experience the first 8 years of my life and had all my adult teeth by the time I was 8-9 years old. Consequently as an adult, only seeked help when I needed it most, which didn’t really help my fear. Dr. Duchenne and Cathy were so wonderful at helping with my anxiety. I had a pain free procedure. They didn’t judge me and most importantly, I felt seen as a person and was treated with respect. Dr. Jernberg, who saw my son last November, was wonderful with my toddler. He was friendly, silly, and was the perfect dentist for a him. With him on staff, I know my son won’t have the same experience I had as a child and he will actually enjoy coming to the dentist. Danielle upfront has been so helpful and welcoming. I hope that they will stay at this facility for a long time. In my lifetime I have had only one other dentist that I felt safe and comfortably with and he was my dentist when I was 9 years old. Top notch service. Highly recommend!

My husband got dental work done here in April 2023(upper extractions) it's July 2023 and his mouth is always getting infections and he's always pulling out pieces of bone. I know with extractions you can have bone spurs but this is different. He's still in pain. We have called and called and all they can do is give ibuprofen and dry socket paste. At this point it should be healed but it's not. YES HE FOLLOWED ALL OF THE POST OP INSTRUCTIONS. He still does salt water rinses. The day he had extractions I was sitting next to him in the room and had to leave because they were rough and I hated seeing my husband in pain. I understand it's for low income people but these people deserve the best care too not just the wealthy. I don't know what to even do at this point. Where can I make a complaint where they are going to take it seriously?

Everyone that I spoke with was so kind and caring. I had to have a procedure done and the doctor was amazing at making sure I knew exactly what was going on and reassuring me through it. I had a great experience with them.

I've visited the Dentist here so many times, the staff is very welcoming and amazing, they made me feel relaxed every visit. I'm terrified of the dentist so this is a first for me! Most importantly they know what they are doing. I highly recommend WVHC Dentistry

Editing a year later to one star. This place has just continued going down hill. I do not feel they value their patients and take them seriously. I keep trying to give them chances and I've had it. Beware. Only go here if you don't care about your well being either. Only editing to two stars this time because this place can't seem to get it together. My new nurse is better however how do you expect people to get better if you limit the spots for behavioral health to first come first serve. Not to mention your secretary Danielle is very rude and should not be answering phones for mental health patients if she's going to be snappy and rude. I've told this place my depression and anxiety is ruining my life and killing me and I desperately need in to the behavioral health, so they tell me to call at 8am. I call at 7:59am I don't get through to the rude secretary until 8:03am and they are already full? I feel defeated and I'm hurt by her rudeness. I'm not going to come back at all this time. There's not a point to if you don't truly care about those who desperately need your help.
