Weight loss is one of the best side effects! Because of the careful attention I received from the staff at VNEX, especially from Lustan "My Garden's Greener" and Raj, "Sharp Dressed Man," I am now more body conscious. They did a fantastic job of helping me better understand how my poor body mechanics were contributing to my hip and lower back issues. Physical therapy isn't a magic bullet, but it can help you understand your body better so that you will WANT to hit the gym, or at least take long walks, more often. The key to success with PT is to participate in your own healing instead of just trudging in once or twice a week and letting the staff do all the work. You have to WANT to get better. I DID and now I AM. PS: The front desk gals and PT assistants are all helpful and courteous and (most of the time) they are well-organized and efficient. I highly recommend.

the people at VNEX know what they're doing. I went to them as a last resort before getting surgery. I was suffering from severe damage in multiple vertebrates in my neck and was popping painkillers all day. VNEX taught me exercises and proper posture that reduced my pain by 90% within two weeks. I highly recommend you go to VNEX, listen to Raj, and do exactly what he tells you. surgery is no longer an option for me.

I recently began seeing Raj at VNEX Riverside for a lower back injury after surgery. The initial exam was incredibly thorough and Raj has been very attentive and really seems to care about my well being. I am looking forward to continue progressing with his help. I am feeling at my most hopeful point mentally as this last year of back pain has been quite challenging. I’ve even gone as far as taking a couple of Raj’s business cards to my surgeon and medical clinic to recommend his physical therapy services. The first thing I would like to say is that raj and staff are absolutely amazing. Raj is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and overall amazing at what he does. You can tell he is truly in his element when he’s working with patients. He makes the visit fun and establishes rapport. I’m learning so much about managing my chronic neck pain in a short period of time. Looking forward for more PT and getting my life back😄

Dr Raj and his staff are awesome!! Dr Raj was quickly able to determine what my medical issues were and set me up with the appropriate exercises to do to improve my problem. He also suggested some PT tools that would help. When I told my consulting physician she asked for the names of those tools so she could pass the information on to her other patients because she thought it would benefit them as well. The staff and Dr Raj ensure you are doing your exercises correctly so you are getting maxiumin benefit from them. I HIGHLY recommend VNEX Physical Therapy and will continue to use them as my Physical Therapy Team!!!
