Love going here. The doctor is very caring and goes out of her way to look into things. Highly recommended. It can be hard to find a doctor that will care and take their time to make sure you are well. The nurse is always great, my daughter loves seeing her for her care.

I want to say, I have the best family doctor, Vivian Simmons. But it's not just the best because of her, her staff plays a big part in it, Alison, Sheena, and Paige. Lately they have received a lot of calls from me, and made me feel like my call was the most important call. They are always on top of my medical needs.

My family and I love Dr. Vivian, Allison and her staff! They have always got us in no matter how busy the office was. It is wonderful having a Doctor that truly cares and is concerned for your well being.

I can not sing the praises of Dr. Vivian high enough. She is AMAZING! I have to admit I was worried when I first met her because she is so young, but she definitely paid attention in med school! She diagnosed my husband immediately with a very rare condition. We accredit her prompt diagnosis and early treatment with his incredible recovery. I will never forget what she did for our family. I hope she knows how much she is appreciated, loved, and respected. We always recommend her and will be patients for life! We hope she never leaves!

Just awful. 3 times and they did not do their job. Told me they would send referral to Geneva outpatient for my ultrasound & mammogram and they will call me to schedule my appointments. Never happened. But they billed my insurance!! Then I had test done by Vivian and she took a sample to see if it was cancer. Again told me they would call me with the results. They never called me, but they billed my insurance!!! There are signs in the room before the doctor comes in saying”limit to 2 issues to discuss with the doctor max. So stupid!! Again blood 🩸 work done and I was never called. But they billed my insurance!! Dr. Vivian NEVER had me sit on the table to listen to my heart and lung’s with my concerns about Shortness of breath. But they billed my insurance!!! Worse doctor ever, just want to bill your insurance. Must have got their degree from a cracker box. 😂

Dr. Vivian is a great Dr. She is very thorough with her patients. I have been a pt since she 1st came to town and have never been dissatisfied. She knows her stuff and has a great bedside manner. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

Dr Vivian and the staff are professional and kind. Its like they have known me all my life. I love the way they make sure each and every patient is safe as possible and that all of my concerns are answered. I am blessed to be a patient of Dr Vivian Simmons. Thank you and God bless you
