I came to Viva health center with a lot of pain in my neck and my back. It's been only a week and I feel like new. The pain in my headaches are gone and this is only my first week! The people are wonderful. Ana the receptionist is very nice.

Knee treatments including plasma/stem cell injections, shock therapy and decompression have helped my active lifestyle immensely. Knee pain has vanished and I feel better than I have in years. Helen is fantastic!

After 6 mo of missed diagnosis, miss-diagnosed conventional care. No improvement! I went to podiatrist, orthopedic Md, neurologist, primary care, and two rounds of PT, limited improvement. I had spine injections, and was being told surgery on back knees was next. With continually worsening back, leg and knee pain not able to walk 10 ft, using a cane! I came to Viva healthcare center in Boynton Beach, in desperation. A treatment plan was developed. Perfect holistic healing began. Professional orthopedic specialist trained chiropractor- that focused on back, meniscus tear healing, posture improvement with feet assessment, spine decompression and shock wave-all treating the whole body. Oh, and the best people! Katie always smiling and on her game at the front desk! Dr Priest is an orthopedic treasure! Ian, personal trainer, finishes out the care team! I am walking 95% back and knee pain free, no cane! Walked a mile yesterday for first time in nearly two years. I can’t recommend this care team high enough! Should have came here first!

Viva Health Center staff are very professional and took the time to explain procedures with pros and cons of each. The procedures I had done to both knees have helped me immensely.

Relief at last!! Over the years I’ve been to many chiropractors, neurologists looking for relief from chronic migraines and finally with Viva Health I found it!! Dr.Davis is very thorough and patient. They developed a treatment plan for me and took the time to make sure I understood and felt comfortable. Even with payment options, they want to do what they can to get you better and feeling well, can’t praise them enough. Everyone in the office is outstanding

I contacted Viva to inquire about my insurance coverage and was assured by the receptionist that they accept all insurance. However, upon arrival for my appointment due to severe sciatic pain, I was surprised to be charged $48 for X-rays and another $48 for the doctor's consultation, despite having been told they accepted my insurance. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was informed $48 would cover X-rays, consultation and adjustments. Despite my confusion, I paid the amount, only to discover later that my insurance wouldn't cover the services as Viva wasn't in-network. During my visit, the doctor conducted X-rays and a brief therapy session, after which I was asked to return the next day. It was then that I was presented with a payment plan option of $3,500+ through Care Credit or $2,800+ through a payment plan. Feeling deceived and frustrated, I expressed my dismay, only to be met with explanations from the manager that left me feeling unheard. Ultimately, I left Viva having spent $48 and without any relief from my pain. This experience underscored the importance of transparency in healthcare, as many individuals, like myself, rely on insurance to afford necessary treatments. I urge others to be cautious when considering Viva's services, especially if financial constraints are a concern.

I recently visited Viva Health Centers in West Palm Beach for treatment of neck, shoulder, elbow, and knee pain. I was impressed with the professional and caring staff who took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess my condition.
