So grateful to have a health spa in Lake Arrowhead. VitaNova has such a great selection of treatments, the staff is so wonderful and I love that they are always looking to offer new treatments. They really care about helping their clients contemplate their health goals and supporting them to achieve those goals.

This place is great and the staff is wonderful! I got the Cyro-T Shock done by Carey and she was amazing, I knew exactly what I was getting into and had an idea of how it felt thanks to her. I can already see a difference and it hasn’t even been a full week yet. I highly recommend!

I am 64 years old and very active and looking forward hopefully to a long healthy retirement and after talking with doctor Buehler he suggested red light therapy. I have had about 15 sessions now and I am very excited about the results I am getting. I am noticing my muscle tone coming back to the way it was when I was much younger. I have much more energy and alertness and I'm nowhere near as sore and stiff after being active I am very excited about my results and very happy. I am so pleased that doctor Buehler told me about red light therapy
