Vitality Spine & Sports Physical Therapy

I am recovering from a difficult knee surgery. Vitality has helped me progress with the physical difficulties in my recovery and the staff is very attentative to my special therapy and very knowledgable regarding specific medical and recovery options. I highly reccomend them.

Incredible! I had chronic tennis elbow and they got me pain free in just a few visits. The staff is compassionate and kind! Highly recommend!

I was referred by my ortho doc because I wanted to try dry needling for my shoulder issues. My friend, who had similar problems and symptoms said it had resolved her issues. I was told we’d try exercise first. The exercises helped but I felt the majority of time I stood around waiting for instruction. The majority of the exercises I found on YouTube and several I couldn’t repeat at home because they required special equipment. When I realized it cost more to use my insurance than pay out of pocket (because of my deductible), I decided I would manage on my own. This seems like a racket to me. Very disappointing and discouraging.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would! Rude staff especially front desk, Evelyn! Please do not waste your time here & go see Casey Curtis at Upward Physical Therapy in Green Valley!!! Staff over there is hands down the best in town. (Across from la posada)

The techs spent more time talking with each other than with the patients. I know it can boring but I believe it's important that the tech watch the person do exercises to make sure they're doing correctly. I felt like I was just cattle being pushed through. The billing department never returns phone calls. The reason I give two stars is one of the techs at least listened on occasion.

I actually enjoyed my therapy! I found the staff at the front desk to be quick and efficient. Scheduling was a breeze. Appointments right on time. The therapist were amazing and very friendly. To sum it up, it is a feel good environment! Dr Hinkle was very thorough on asking questions to evaluate and choose the right therapy for me. I would highly recommend.

10 out of 10!!!! These guys are awesome and know what they're doing!! I have never felt better. Every person in their office is amazing!!! Scheduling, easy! Co-payment/insurance, easy! If I had to leave a voice mail, I got a call back within 1 hour. So professional!!

I love the clinic in Green Valley. So glad they serve the public down here. The staff is awesome - they're all so friendly and accommodating in helping me schedule appointments. Very professional, and I very much appreciate the reassessment of my needs when I see them. They genuinely care about their patients.
