Sarah is an amazing massage therapist! I love her professionalism and the way she can find the kinks in my body I didn't even know existed. She is hands down great at what she does. I was so happy when I found her because I've had one's that were horrible at their job. To find a good one is a gem! I hope this review helps someone in finding a great massage therapist. I've been to several massage places around Colorado, and Sarah is by far the BEST masseuse I have ever encountered. Her knowledge of body and muscles systems is amazing - she's been able to relieve tension in areas of my back that I thought was impossible. She listens very well, and she's always got expert tricks to try for those tough spots.

Sarah is a great therapist. I have had back and leg issues for years. Her knowledge and techniques to reduce pain worked wonders. Glad we found her.

I have had Sarah, at Vital Massage, massage me four times so far. I'll be going again to her tomorrow. She is more than just a masseuse, she is massage therapist with an understanding of body mechanics. Her fingers feel where my muscles are tense and sore and she knows how to relieve them. She is also an expert on Reflexology and works on my feet. She is working on my lower back pain is making it better. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been going to Sarah for seven years to get deep tissue massage. She is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to and I have been to several in the over 25 years that I’ve been getting massages Sarah’s hours make it very easy for working people to be able to come on weekends as well as as well as Thursday evenings. My Job requires repetitive muscle use and Sarah is always good at finding those areas that need to be worked on .

I have suffered from neck and jaw spasms for 8 years, having anywhere from 1 to 10 episodes a week. After seeing 5 doctors and a massage therapist in my home town I had given up all hope that I would ever have any relief from this. A family member recommended Sarah @ vital massage for health and I'm so glad he did! Sarah listened to me go through the long history of this issue then she went to work. She worked on me for 90 minutes. I never thought this would work because of the lack of results I had received from others in the past. Believe me when I say that I was MORE than amazed when I went a full 5 months spasm free!! Now Sarah is the only one I will go to. I would and do highly recommend her to my friends and family! On top of all that, I mentioned during the massage that I had a torn labrum on the opposite shoulder that had been bothering me. Before I could get dressed and out of the room to pay her she had looked up how to tape a torn labrum so I could get some relief from that, and it worked!
