Vista Physical Therapy

I had full knee replacement eight weeks ago. I started physical therapy six weeks ago with Keegan Parmer at VISTA in Idaho Falls. At the end of July, Keegan hired a physical therapist, Eric. I switch off between both of them when one isn't available at the time I need to schedule therapy. Two weeks ago I was told I would have to get my knee manipulated if I didn't get my range of motion to at least 120 by the next doctor appointment. Keegan said, "No problem, we will get you from 110 to 120 in two weeks". He was right! I have been to other physical therapists when I had a scope, broken leg, etc., but I like the idea that Keegan or Eric stay with me the whole hour working with me on the gym equipment and standing next to me when I am trying to balance or use the steps, etc. They really want me to be able to golf in Hawaii next month and ski this winter. I have no doubt they will get my range of motion back in time for these important events in my life!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Keegan. He helped my healing process with the physical therapy along with my mental healing! Great person to talk to and interact with.

I have been struggling with a pain in my left elbow that would flare up and make basic tasks difficult. I was referred to Vista Physical Therapy and met with Keegan. He was able to quickly find a tendon that needed some attention and was able to work out the inflammation. Definitely going back for a couple more treatments as it's feeling so much better now. I'm 64 years old and have been to several physical therapy offices over the years. And I feel Keegan was one of the best physical therapy person that I have ever had.
